And we are sorry to let you felt dislike the room design and the towels/bed quality, when you immediately informed our staff via the guest room phone after accidentally damaging the bed, they promptly assisted you in changing rooms. This demonstrates the professionalism and service-oriented attitude of our hotel. Next time you can try to call our room service and change the bedsheets/towels anytime. Because the room you booked was standard single suite.can try different high level rooms next time.and we do not have ‘house host’ .we believe that was one of our managers assist your check in .and sorry about our reception counter to made you feel dismissive.next time can please tell us the name of the receptionist.
