Best hotel experience in the Philippines!!! All of the WeChat communication was handled with care and precision. Water was plenty, tissues and towels was provided upon requests and use of swimming pool was great! They also give us breakfast in our door every morning. 5 star experience!

Friendly staff and good location. 1 night was too short. Will definitely be back for longer stay.

The place is very nice. Comfortable and complete with necessary household materials and appliances for our convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The host was kind and generous, too.

High price around 15K per night but low quality. Room not clean, and no free bottle water, refrigerator things need additional charge. curtain in toilet like picture. Cockroach was found by the fridge on our last day. btw facing xylo so when i stay very very very nosiy until to 2am. Just location is good have many restaurant and shop.

Service - minus 1 star as check in wasnt as breezy as one would hope. Went to the lobby - it’s your usual 3-4 star lobby. But our contact was at the lobby extension. Apparently, the main lobby was for permanent residents - transients have a different reception area on the other side of the driveway. It was a square and sparse airconditioned room with 2 or 3 3-seater sofas, a desk for the person in charge and 2 seats for the first in line. It felt more like a triage room than a reception area. Check in is at 3pm and there was a queue (aside from those seated, 5 or more were standing in line). The afternoon sun was shining through the glass doors - be ready to wear sunglasses indoors during the wait if youre worried about uv rays. We were there a qtr past and were next in line. Apparently the ones before us had issues with their reservation since the owner of their unit never relayed their booking info to the bldg mgt. Ours was prepared though - they had a representative who reached out to us during the morning of check in. Basically the rep dealt with the bldg mgt’s person in charge - we just had to show our IDs and wait. Location is great - lots of food options just a block away in any direction. Room Amenities - pretty standard: absolute water (4 small bottles), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap, cotton pads & q tips. Their bath towels were super fluffy though Cleanliness - pretty standard.

Rooms are squeaky clean and has fast speed internet. Super convenient location and a stone's throw away from malls, cafes, restaurants.

We spent 6 nights in this fantastic location in BGC. Eric and his team are absolutely amazing. The unit filled our needs for 3 adults wonderfully. I appreciate the starter food pantry items to snack on the first morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation as well as the place very convenient. Approachable staff with discounts on the next staycation. Will definitely go back. 🫶

There are lots of restaurants and malls to visit around the area so there was no issue grabbing some snacks for lunch and dinner. Staffs also assisted us during check-in so it was smooth all along. Also, the rooms we booked are properly cleaned upon our arrival. The beds and sofas are cozy to relax on. Minor concerns we had during our stay are the lack of bathrooms in the rooms especially if you are having 5 persons in each room. Also, there are no bidet or shower curtains installed. No bath soap was provided too but there is a shampoo at the very least. Although it is just around the corner of Landers so you can still buy any basic necessities you will need. Lastly, only two towels were prepared in each room but we were able to request for extras thru their hotline so everything was sorted out easily. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm accommodation by the host. My friends and I were able to hang out in BGC with no hassle.

Room wasn't ready. There's a cigarette smell in the room and restroom. Service was decent.
