Check out - poor - I had to change my plans and informed them in advance would leave one day early and come back Sunday - result - they and trip.com kept the extra day and the. Will charge me a new charge for the next stay - ridiculous 4. Concierge - barring the incident about one of the team was excellent and deserves full praise for their attention to detail and service  In short can do a lot better for the price and as for trip.com inflexibility - you can keep the money and lose the customer - no issue won’t be booking again via you there are other sites more flexible and understand how to serve a customer better

It's a great hotel in a really good location. The staff are soo friendly, nothing is too much for them. There is an amazing rooftop bar where you can eat and drink. It's the third time of staying there and I will return. Highly recommended

Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly. Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered. The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

Best hotel experience ever. One night stay is not enough, we may have to book longer stay next time. Superb service! One thing though, for breakfast you may need to add more options. Probably, add other Filipino dishes like tocino, longganisa and Champorado so other foreign visitors may experience Filipino breakfast cuisine.

The waiters were very nice and nice. Helped to call a car, wash and iron, and allowed me to continue to take a nap at noon on the day I left the shop. I didn't check out until 2pm. The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night. That day, because the company's hotel was full, I temporarily found such a place and thought it was more than 600 yuan. As a result, taxes and fees were included, which exceeded the reimbursement standard.

The hotel can add an extra bed. It is very convenient to travel and parking is very convenient. The hotel has food to go downstairs.

Breakfast is not included, and the location is near Shuicheng. It is relatively convenient for eating and shopping. Apartment type, there is a washing machine, which is convenient for changing and washing clothes.

Room is spacious, tidy and complete with necessities we need for our stay. The location is perfect. We are attending a conference in SM Aura and we could have not find a better hotel. It's super convenient.

There is no need to talk much about Shangri-La. It's an old high-class hotel. The service and everything are very good. The room is comfortable and warm, but the swimming pool is not as good as that of ASCOTT. It is still recommended. Remember to joint their membership to collect points.
