Seaside Hotel by Dfrost Almugar

We were visiting as a large family group (10pax). The 5 star hotel we were staying at recommended the Seaside hotel restaurant, when we asked where to have dinner in Taghazout. The Kitchen Club restaurant is beautifully located for sunset views. The atmosphere was great; there seemed to be mainly couples and friends, but we didn’t feel out of place with our early teen/pre-teen children. We made a slight mistake of ordering too much of the mezze platter (x3), which ended up being sufficient for most of us. Most of us finally had desserts. The mezze food was very good, with a selection of vegetarian, fish and meat. The desserts were also good but a slight notch below the mezzes. Service was very good, but perhaps slightly slow at times, though nothing problematic. Overall highly recommended for a quality dinner in Taghazout.

Amazing experience, team and food ! Everyone is very kind, friendly and very professional! My experience was just insane! A big thank you to : - the reception team for making everything for being the perfect stay and for arranging to get me those amazing and delicious moroccan sweets to take back home 🤍 - surf coaches for being funny and teaching me to catch good Mouja! - yoga teacher Khalid, don’t have the words to describe how his classes were just the best, you should give classes full time at Dfrost ! - All the waiters especially the young one always wearing a shirt at Almugar, who did everything always perfectly good! - All the security guys, especially the one that is a football addict (who’s not there, but he will recognize himself) A big big thank you ! you are the best, can’t wait to come back already! Positive things: Really beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff. Good yoga and surf instructors. Things that could need improvments; food (more healty and green options), smaller surf groups to match the levels and on Fridays when the DJ is playing, the music makes it impossible for people to have a conversation during dinner.

This short trip was just to good to be true...all stuff was just super friendly, sweet, authentic & heartwarming and professional...the food, the room, the surf coaching, the yoga sessions, the atmosphere, the party, the pool, the surrounding, the people-I just loved everything and I m getting excited and happy when I think of this trip on my own escaping from daily life as a working mum of three kids...this will be the place I ll try to come back every year to dfrost and rejuvenate :) thank you for this magic place & experience!

I had an incredible experience at Dfrost Almugar - Taghazout Villa & Seaside Boutique Hotel! The place itself is perfect, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The surfing crew was amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing their love for surfing. It was a fantastic trip, and I can't wait to come back!

I called ahead and made a reservation for dinner for myself and a group of friends. When we arrived, the reservation was on record, but to our surprise, no table was available for us. The staff seemed disorganized and couldn’t offer any solution, leaving us waiting without any clear communication. It was extremely frustrating, especially since we had planned this dinner well in advance. Despite having our reservation, we were left scrambling to find another place to eat at the last minute. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths, and I can't recommend this place to anyone who expects reliable service. We won't be coming back.
