Escala Tagaytay

Excellent customer service and clean room!

I recently stayed at **Escala Tagaytay**, and it was a **wonderful experience overall**. The hotel’s location is one of its best features, offering **breathtaking views of Taal Lake** and a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. The rooms were **spacious, clean, and well-designed**, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The **infinity pool overlooking the lake** was a definite highlight, making for a scenic and peaceful escape. The hotel grounds were also well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the place. Service was generally **good**, with the staff being polite and accommodating. However, during peak times, there were slight delays in requests, but nothing too inconvenient. The **breakfast selection was decent**, though it could use a bit more variety. Overall, **Escala Tagaytay is a great choice** for those looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful, relaxing getaway. Service was average - was a bit slow. You get what you expect in a 4-star hotel. Overall experience was okay except for the room we were in. Do not stay in room L501 (Cellar Premier) if you're going as a family. You will not get a good night's rest because you'll hear the stomping or footsteps of the people staying in the room above you.
