오투 스키장 및 하이원 리조트 스키장을 가기 위해 예약. 오투 스키장과는 차량으로 15분 내외, 하이원과는 30분 내외 거리 입니다. 일반적인 호텔과는 좀 특이한 구조를 가지고 있음. 호텔이라기 보다, 콘도로 설계하였다가 호텔로 허가 받은 느낌. 하지만 깨끗한 대욕장과, 이상하리 만큼 편한 잠자리가 생각 보다 괜찮아서 작년부터 3번째 투숙 하였음.
