Great location, but rooms waiting to be renovated. Quiet calm environment, but there is a lot of crosstalk from the rooms next door quality of the breakfast was boring and poor. Cleanliness and the quality of ibad are good.

We arrived on 31 Dec, 2022 to find a hotel with no working central heating. Most of the rooms offered to our group were far too cold. After many complaints some of us were moved to rooms with functioning heat converters. The bathrooms remained ice cold. The food was far below expectations. Three waiters tried to serve 100 guests for New Year’s Eve dinner. Compared to our visit 6 years before our stay was very disappointing.

We visited this hotel in July 2022. It was supposed to be part of a foodie experience. We were so glad to leave this hotel. I really have tried hard to find something, anything, positive to say about this hotel and I cant. My reviews are usually positive but there was so much to be unhappy about here. The room was tired and grubby with ripped curtains. The description of the hotel is so far from the reality that I have had to check several times I had the correct hotel. There is a Grand Hotel across the square (not Grand Hotel Regina) and it appeared to be a fine hotel. Our room was grubby, the shower was a trickle at most. The one evening meal we attended was (I dont like to use the word disgusting but its the one that fits best). We were there three nights. My wife gave up on breakfast after one but I persevered. I never saw a member of staff at breakfast on each of three days. I saw many flies at the buffet breakfast enjoying the scant selection of cheese and meat ahead of the guests. It was awful. Everything about this hotel was awful. It doesnt merit two stars and I cannot understand why it has more. I have stayed in many many hotels and this hotel is undoubtedly the worst. It is at best a cheap hostel but for a true description words escape me.

Hotel centralissimo, in un edificio storico in stile Liberty che ricorda i fasti del passato di Salsomaggiore, quando le terme Berzieri, attualmente in ristrutturazione, attiravano tanti turisti. Personale gentile e tariffe molto competitive. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato ma per un breve soggiorno va benissimo

Hotel che mantiene il suo stile, colazione buona, tutto il necessario, le camere potrebbero essere più curate ma tutti i servizi erano presenti. Accettano i cani senza supplemento il che lo trovo fantastico per chi viaggia con gli amici a 4 zampe
