Great location, but rooms waiting to be renovated. Quiet calm environment, but there is a lot of crosstalk from the rooms next door quality of the breakfast was boring and poor. Cleanliness and the quality of ibad are good.

We arrived on 31 Dec, 2022 to find a hotel with no working central heating. Most of the rooms offered to our group were far too cold. After many complaints some of us were moved to rooms with functioning heat converters. The bathrooms remained ice cold. The food was far below expectations. Three waiters tried to serve 100 guests for New Year’s Eve dinner. Compared to our visit 6 years before our stay was very disappointing.

We visited this hotel in July 2022. It was supposed to be part of a foodie experience. We were so glad to leave this hotel. I really have tried hard to find something, anything, positive to say about this hotel and I cant. My reviews are usually positive but there was so much to be unhappy about here. The room was tired and grubby with ripped curtains. The description of the hotel is so far from the reality that I have had to check several times I had the correct hotel. There is a Grand Hotel across the square (not Grand Hotel Regina) and it appeared to be a fine hotel. Our room was grubby, the shower was a trickle at most. The one evening meal we attended was (I dont like to use the word disgusting but its the one that fits best). We were there three nights. My wife gave up on breakfast after one but I persevered. I never saw a member of staff at breakfast on each of three days. I saw many flies at the buffet breakfast enjoying the scant selection of cheese and meat ahead of the guests. It was awful. Everything about this hotel was awful. It doesnt merit two stars and I cannot understand why it has more. I have stayed in many many hotels and this hotel is undoubtedly the worst. It is at best a cheap hostel but for a true description words escape me.

Servizio di ristorazione inqualificabile. Cibo insufficiente, non distribuito ai tavoli, di scarsa qualità. Spazi comuni non riscaldati. Non vi ho pernottato ma ho partecipato a un evento di ballo che prevedeva pranzo del 31, cenone e pranzo del primo gennaio. Il "cenone" avrebbe dovuto consistere di tre portate, ma al mio tavolo è arrivato solo l'antipasto. Deduco che per questo evento di Capodanno l'hotel non disponesse del personale adatto, né in misura adeguata.

Bisognerebbe togliere le stelle a questo hotel. Meno di zero non posso dare. Abbiamo prenotato con un gruppo di persone per il capodanno 2025. Siamo scappati. Non per la Location, decisamente datata, ma per la mancanza TOTALE di organizzazione e servizi. Mancanza di personale. Cibo scadente: primo e secondo piatto scadenti, buffet male organizzato, mancavano fisicamente i piatti, gente che tornava al tavolo col piatto vuoto (non per la maleducazione di altri commensali, ma proprio per la mancanza di pietanze), verdura quasi inesistente, frutta servita con la muffa. Scarsa pulizia e cura dei locali. Esperienza da dimenticare. Chi gestisce l'hotel non ha idea di come si faccia questo lavoro. Dovrebbe cambiare gestione.
