Ulasan The York by Swiss-Belhotel

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke Opera House. Ada dua Coles dan banyak apotek di sekitar, jadi berbelanja sangat nyaman. Pujian khusus diberikan kepada meja depan. Seorang pria muda dengan rambut hitam agak panjang dan agak keriting sangat sabar dan ramah. Setelah kami check out, kami menemukan bahwa kami telah melupakan sesuatu di kamar dan segera naik untuk membantu kami mendapatkannya . Sarapannya sangat enak, ada di hotel bintang lima di sebelah. Hotelnya fasilitasnya lengkap, tapi agak tua. Secara keseluruhan saya cukup puas.

Lokasinya bagus. Pelayanannya baik dan ramah.

first i got a terribly dirty room, but they switched it within 24 hours. new room was perfect. whole apartment with all you need. pool is ok, whirlpool, both outside. gym is not much space. location is good.

Friendly and helpful staff and in a great location! Breakfast is at a nearby hotel and is very nice with a good variety. Sydney is an expensive city so the kitchen facilities are useful so you don’t need to eat out all the time. Also very useful to have a washing machine and dryer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location and spacious self service apartment. Helpful and friendly staff too, can highly recommend this place.

The check-in and check-out process is courteous and quick. Breakfast was at a hotel nearby and the food and variety were excellent. We did not use the facilities but were told their spa was recommended. There was a clothes washing machine and detergent provided which we used. It is of 1 room apartment hotel type and as there were 3 of us the sofa in the living room was converted to a bed. Overall our stay was comfortable and we can have a restful sleep. The location is close to tram and train stations and is good for moving around Sydney CBD and its environs including the airport. It is also close to attractions like Circular Quay and The Rocks. There was ongoing renovation but it did not bother us. The place was air-conditioned, but we did not use it as the apartment's temperature was comfortable enough.

Great Stay! The 3-bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms. Suited for a family trip. Also have laundry facilities in the apartment itself. Proximity to Sydney's main attractions too! Staffs at the Reception very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very dated, needs to be freshened up dramatically,. When I walked in the room my comment was OHH this is it., the air con system would be 25 years old and dirty ., quite disappointing considering the fantastic location

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was a 1 bedroom apartment and very well appointed. I did have to ask for coffee and teabags to be replaced and that did not happen but I could have simply got some from reception if a big issue. There is no restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel but plenty of options outside or the kitchen could be used for making yourself

一家五口出行，以公寓為優先考慮，過年期間悉尼住宿貴，這家性價比稍好些，位置就在市中心，去哪都挺方便，大劇院步行18分鐘，設施很齊全，可自己燒飯，前台小哥也挺友好，期間不會用電磁爐，小哥特意上門幫忙，就在高架旁，睡眠較淺的慎重選擇，衞生問題還是有的，床單有不乾淨的痕跡，住宿期間也不更換，睡到第三天感覺氧，最好是帶一次性床單被套，清潔衹是換毛巾倒垃圾，可能沒服務確實是澳洲的特色 選的是二卧，實際廳裏還有隔了個小房間有個雙人床

서비스도 좋았구요 요리할 수 있는 환경이어서 너무 좋았습니다!! 만족스러운 숙소구오 역과의 거리는 그저그렇지만 괜찮앗어요!!
