Lokasi yang sangat bagus. Kamarnya kecil tapi komunikasi dan pembersihannya relatif baik.

Kamarnya lumayan besar. Kamar yang tersedia extra large bed dilengkapi dengan dua single bed kecil. Sarung bantalnya kotor dan sepertinya belum diganti. Fasilitasnya malah lebih tidak bagus. AC menghadap ke tempat tidur tapi control panel tidak ada gunanya.dingin sekali sampai tidak bisa dimatikan.,suaranya keras sekali,pintu gerbang tetap jalan walaupun di tutup,jendela seperti tidak ada kaca,suara di luar terdengar jelas , air di kamar mandinya sejuk dan panas kadang, saya sampai kehabisan kata-kata

I am staying for 5 nights here, the room is quite big, and has the separating door for bed, it has a pool and gym, breakfast cafe is next to the hotel
What i considered this hotel is because their washing machine and dryer inside the bedroom.
The minus are
- this is old hotel, and for that price i guess i can get more facilities than here
- the bed is very smallll ( smaller than queen size)
- the lobby also very small ( but u can get free coffee in the lobby )
- smelly
When u out from the lift, u can smell something that is like old and food idk whats that but it is so smelly.
For Cleaning they always change the towel and helping us to throwing the trash.

The room and kitchen is well equipped and comfortable. Parking is expensive and not mentioned in the booking.

The hotel was in a very good location, we could get to most places on foot or by tram. The room was pretty good , except we were on the 5th floor and it was quite noisy. I also loved the coffee machine at the lobby. We also parked at the hotel’s car park - the spaces were pretty tight. Overall it was an enjoyable experience

This Hotel is located in a very good pocket of Sydney, surrounded by many fantastic cafes and restaurant. Metro and train stations are within easy walking distance and only a 15min walk to the Museum which was my purpose for staying here. The suite was very well fitted out, the bed really comfortable and actually good pillows not the usual saggy ones you get in hotels. The view from the room was great, the only issue I encountered was the water pressure in the shower meant it took more effort to remove all the suds.
I would gladly stay here again as I wouldn't mind trying out the pool.

Great location for a city visit with the staff being very cheerful & helpful. Suite was a good size & the bed was comfortable. A refurb might be a consideration but everything entirely adequate for a short stay.

Could improve more on the check in service.
I booked this room in 2 different booking (on 2 platforms) as there was changes to our flight schedule. And the booking was done under my mum’s name as leading guest, other 3 person as other guests.
When arrived at the hotel for check in, the staff insisted us to present the leading guest’s credit card/bank card for deposit, don’t allowed me to use my bank card for the deposit, or else they have the right to deny our check-in even I had explained that my mum didn’t bring her bank card as we are sponsoring her expenses in Australia, which I had also showed them the check-in coupon from the platform with full payment confirmation. They DO NOT ACCEPT other guests’s bank card/ credit card for the deposit even the names are shown in the booking confirmation voucher. At that time the attending staff has no intention to help us to resolve this issue but to ask us to settle ourselves in the booking App (which at this point the modification of the guest names are not allowed anymore in the App).
After almost 20min of struggle with the platform app which we still couldn’t resolve it and after some hard time and negotiation with the staff, finally he agreed to let us check-in using my bank card to pay for the deposit.
This is the first time I encounter such rule of insisting leading guest bank card for deposit ONLY, and do not accept other guest’s bank card for deposit payment. I hope the hotel can state this rule clearly in their introduction page to avoid similar circumstances happen again.
Generally it’s a good stay with good price for the location and the amenities of this hotel. Easily accessible with tram and train. Many attractions within walking distance.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews unless the experience is truly awful. Sadly, our stay was far from enjoyable.
Our family of 10 booked the penthouse to celebrate Chinese New Year Eve, but a severe storm left us all soaked upon returning to the hotel. To make matters worse, the hotel couldn’t even provide a decent shower. The penthouse had two bathrooms, but we couldn’t use them simultaneously—either for showering or even running the basin. The water temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. Shockingly, the staff insisted that poor water pressure and unstable temperatures were "normal" in hotels. As someone who has stayed in numerous hotels and lived in various apartments and houses locally, I’ve never encountered such issues before.
One of the toilets upstairs produced an incredibly loud squealing noise every time it was flushed, lasting for about two minutes. It was so disruptive and unusual that I wish I could share a video here to demonstrate just how bad it was. This added yet another layer of frustration to an already disappointing stay.
The staff were completely unhelpful in resolving the problems. They offered no apologies and essentially expected us to tolerate the situation. The hotel receptionist assured us that maintenance would address the issue before we checked out the next morning. However, I fail to see the point of fixing the problem at the very end of our stay right before we checked out ,especially after we had already endured such an uncomfortable experience. It felt like a hollow gesture, given that the damage had already been done. Their responses were inconsistent—one staff member claimed they’d never heard such complaints, while another said the issues were typical.
We requested to speak with the manager, but were informed that they were not on duty . To this moment,we have yet to receive any follow-up or response regarding our complaints. Unfortunately, I’m not holding out much hope for a resolution at this point.
If you’re okay with skipping a proper shower during your stay, then this place might work for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Front desk personnel are great. Housekeeping was not good for my room. Bun was full of packaging from previous occupants. Packaging from raw chicken. Stinky. The dishes were sll obviously filthy . I ran them through the 3 hour dishwasher cycle. I filled the glasses with tap water and put them in the fridge . Once cold, the water tasted of old chicken oul. I don’t know if that was the tap water
