The heated pool is cleaned every Friday to have levels within specification while maintaining a temperature of about 84 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum cleanliness, however 84 degrees may still seem cold to some swimmers.Some of the limitless activities to do in the area include: Go karts, golf, mini golf, frisbee golf, aquarium, Sevierville Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park, Aerial Adventure Park, museums, fishing, skiing, horseback riding, tubing, roller coasters, indoor shooting, sky lift, archery, dinner shows, water park, moonshine distillery, foam warrior fighting, ax throwing, bowling, lazer/laser tag, paintball, ATV/4-wheeling, Rain Forest Adventures Zoo, Outdoor Gravity Park, Mountain Monster Ride, Bluff Mountain Fire Tower, and so much more!Notes for guests: • There may be some construction from building in other parts of the neighborhood. • The water is from a well and runs through a water softener. If the power happens to go out, this means there would be no running water available. • The sewer system is septic, so only waste water, human waste, and toilet paper. • Bathroom towels and pool towels are provided. • The pool room doors are self-locking for safety/security reasons and to prevent little ones from gaining unattended access. • Pool disclaimers: Swim at your own risk, no diving, no lifeguard on duty, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Absolutely no additives are to be used with the pool nor the hot tub. $1,000 fee. • Bears are fairly common in the area. This is how you can tell that you're in the right place.*Parking* As you pull into the long driveway, you will be going up a steep incline. As you are approaching the cabin, you can either stay straight and park on the inclined part of the driveway. The driveway has solar lights running up the right side to help guide you. you can pull off to the right where the drive way splits and park in front of the screened in hot tub area which would be the easiest unloading point as it is a much more flat area. If you park in front of the hot tub, there is an entrance to the first floor from the patio on the lower level. otherwise you can go up the stairs to the main entrance to unload your belongings where you will walk into the main living area.*Cabin Layout* The main living area on the second floor consists of the game room, the living room, a full bathroom, and the kitchen. From the main floor, you can access the door that goes out to the top level screened in deck or you can take the stairs down to the downstairs living space and private bedroom. The kitchen comes stocked with the essentials needed to cook a fantastic meal in the cabin. There are two bathrooms in the cabin. One is located on the second floor next to the kitchen and the other bathroom is on the first floor across from the private bedroom. The washer and dryer are in their own closet next to the pool table on the first floor that is also yours to use if you need it.The first floor consists of a second living space with a queen size sleeper sofa, full bed, and a smart tv. There is also a private bedroom with a queen bed and smart tv and a full bathroom across the hall from the bedroom.You will have access to the entire cabin except for two rooms on the first floor which is which house the cabins utilities. If you decide to walk the property, I recommend boots and long pants as there are insects and critters in the smokey mountains.- There is a chance you will see and hear insects and animals- Do NOT approach bears- Absolutely NO pets allowed. There will be an additional fee of $500 if a pet is brought to the cabin- Only 8 guests are allowed at the cabin- * Use the hot tub at your own risk*- No unsupervised kids at the cabin. no exceptions!We do not provide extra towels for the use of the hot tub.
