About this spaceNanDUCKet is our bay and beach home, that is the perfect place for you and yours to getaway. The condo is three bedroom and two bath, with a view of the bay and walkable to the beach! The Nantucket Community offers an indoor heated pool, tennis courts, fishing dock, boat ramp access, and of course all that the town of Duck, NC has to offer.The spaceWalk up a couple flights of stairs to your top level condo with bay/sound views!As you enter you go to the left to access full kitchen and dining table. Bear to the right for a full hall bath, laundry room, and queen bedroom. As you come in if you continue to walk straight pass the kitchen you will lead into the living room with vaulted ceilings and primary king bedroom with attached full remodeled bathroom in 2023. Spacious tile shower with multiple head shower assembly for a spa like experience. The primary bedroom does have a large slider that leads out onto the large deck with water views and high-top table - the perfect place to start and end your day! There is a single flight of stairs inside that leads up to a nice third bedroom with two twin beds and again more vaulted ceiling! At ground level is the garage that is accessible to our guests - great spot for you to store your own beach goods, water toys, etc.Guest accessWe do have a couple kayaks for your use with kayack roller so you may take them down to the sound for easy water access at your own risk (lifevests and paddles provided). You do not have to haul things here from home or pay for additional rentals and purchases. The stair case to entry door is found in this dry protected area.The first floor is at 22’ above sea level and houses 5 ensuite bedrooms with custom tiled bathrooms. Three bathrooms have rain fall shower heads and two bathrooms have soaking tubs. The screened porch and hot tub are found on this level with a dune front staircase that leads to beach walkway. The laundry area with new large capacity stacked washer and dryer are located in louvered closet off the large entry hallway. Follow the custom staircase to the second floor.The next floor is set above the dune, 31’ above sea level for incredible views. The chefs kitchen living room and dinning room are found at too of stairs. The southern facing upper deck is accessed by two large glass sliding doors. Two ensuite bedrooms with custom tiled bathrooms are on this floor. One is off the open living room and second is accessible from the recreation area. The recreation room has high quality finishes with large gas fireplace, wet bar with beverage fridge and AVR that feeds music to many rooms and decks.
