GGuest UserThis beautiful resort overlooks postcard quality views of the Tuscan hills. Two pools are available at opposite ends of the resort. Furnishings are both functional and beautiful. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable day and night even during Europe's record heat in August
Bed and bedding were high quality and very comfortable. Ample cooking utensils made preparing occasional meals easy. Refrigerator and freezer were available.
A beautiful pizzeria/restaurant is just a short walk outside the grounds. It affords gorgeous sunset views of the Tuscan villas, vineyards, and hills.
A dream of a resort with good service and comfortable accommodations.

GGuest UserGreat location right next to the train station and was walking distance to get the shuttle to the airport. Great Value for money. Had trouble with water pressure in the shower on first day then had no hot water for shower the 2nd day. It was about a 20min walk to the leaning tower of pisa.

GGuest UserA 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful!
We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass.
Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

GGuest UserI booked one day to just sleep over at this place, but really loved its service and the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. The only minus is the location, which is around 25 minutes' walk to the city center and 40 minutes to the railway station.

GGuest UserEverything is good. Although it is close to the airport, you can't walk there, you have to take a taxi!!! There are highways around, no sidewalks. It will be much cheaper to call a taxi yourself, and it will be much more expensive if the hotel calls a taxi on your behalf. Don't ask the hotel to call a taxi!

AAndyWLThe location is excellent, and the rooftop terrace provides a view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was good; although it offered only a partial view of the tower, the bathroom had a bathtub. The breakfast was decent, featuring typical Italian cuisine. It was a bit unfortunate that there was no fax service, and the laundry room indicated on the hotel's website was not actually present. I forgot to check out on time, but thanks to the helpful staff, I was allowed a late check-out and the luggage storage service was great.

La posizione è ottima e dal terrazzo all'aperto si può vedere la Torre di Pisa. La camera era buona; anche se offriva solo una vista parziale sulla torre, il bagno aveva una vasca da bagno. La colazione era decente, con la tipica cucina italiana. È stato un po' sfortunato che non ci fosse il servizio fax e che la lavanderia indicata sul sito web dell'hotel non fosse effettivamente presente. Ho dimenticato l'orario di check-out, ma grazie al personale disponibile mi è stato concesso un late check-out e il servizio di deposito bagagli è stato ottimo.

WWinnieHaving read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though.
Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

SSea153I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that.
The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower.
I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. I will share about this hotel on my blog about Pisa.
