The location was great, the room was nice, however the Wi-Fi did not work in our room. You also had to pay an extra $5 for air conditioning and shower heating. The staff did not really understand much English but we’re accommodating to some of our needs.

Battambang is a small city, and the location of this hotel is not very remote. It takes about 8 minutes to get here by tuktuk from the train station. The hotel facilities are quite new, and it is clean and air-conditioned. For this price, I think it is quite cost-effective.
