I found hair all around the room! The owners didn't speak any English which isn't a problem. What annoyed me is that they were speaking loudly in the lobby (which is just adjacent to the ground floor rooms) and they didn't understand it when I asked them if it was possible to keep it a little bit quieter. They forgot to mention me that they lock the entrance door late in the evening and they locked me out! We booked two great little rooms here on the main floor. One of them was GORGEOUS and had a little balcony that you could sit in the sun in the morning. The other room was clean and tidy but more basic. The owner was so nice. He answered all my questions on WeChat, waited up for us in the evening to let us in and helped store our bags the next morning when we went for a walk. **NOTE: to enter the old town you will need to pay 100 rmb per person if entering before 5:00 PM. If you plan on staying here keep this in mind. If you’re wanting to explore the city that day then great! You can walk around and see the attractions. Otherwise, wait until after 5:00 PM to check in.

A wonderfully quiet and peaceful place, in the heart of a splendid city.Host was always available and friendly and restaurants around are delicious. Don't hesitate.

Because taxi can not go into the Tongli ancient town, so we have to walk and carry baggage. But the hotel is good, the boss very nice!

Friendly owner and nice place. It's a little far from the tram stop but super close to 退思园 - and the town is really small anyway! Would recommend to other solo travellers for a night's stay.

真實感受： 1，民宿老闆師傅挺好的，但是細節做的很不到位。 2，房間陽台真心美，一直住在這裏都不會煩。 3，因為房間插座問題，洗了一次涼水澡，發燒了，還是自己買葯，及時聯繫了攜程官方人員，得到了各種關心。 4 杯子枕頭都有味，可能是太潮濕，但味道不好。 5，第一天去被蚊子咬得都是包，才要了蚊香 這些必備品應該提前給到顧客。 如果整體是100分，我打70分，衷心希望老闆大哥 能夠改進一些，願越來越好吧。 同裏真心很美，黃包車褚師傅服務很不錯，評彈一定要聽，退思園一定要去，還有羅星洲的觀音寺， 住三天完全可以玩的很好。 值得一去。

第一次來到同裏，大半夜臨時定的酒店，沒有榻榻米的房間了，給了我一個標間，果然房間太大冷的不行，晚上蓋了2床被子，但是老闆很熱情，地方也很好找，房間挺乾淨的，性價比非常高！

客棧位於同裏古鎮景區內部，網絡有點問題，空調挺給力，景區內吃飯什麼的都比較方便，圖個方便來旅遊住一下還算方便

非常滿意，帶了箱子，老闆大門口騎車幫忙帶進來，太感謝，正面進古鎮還挺遠。路不好拖輪子。問了其他住宿，都不管接。我們住二樓，景區內有名小景點要在刷大門口票，説五點後免費進，逛古鎮可以。景點看不到，住宿乾淨。

房間還算乾淨衞生整潔，客棧位於景區內，臨街比較吵，後半夜安靜下來還是感覺不錯的，有古鎮的感覺，老闆人很好，不錯的

老闆人不錯，景色好，位置也不錯，不過春節是收停車費的，平均一小時一塊錢

房間十分乾淨，衞生做得很好，就在景區裏面出行吃飯十分方便，周邊十米就有很多好吃的。房間在二樓有個陽台，可以看河，十分舒服。老闆十分熱還負責接送。房間佈置得很温馨！出門很方便！睡覺不鬧。
