A very clean and comfortable hotel that is of the standard expected of the Four Points Sheraton brand. Breakfast was very good and hood value if gotten as a package with the room.

Hotel location is ok, rooms are spacious. We can have Karaoke at he lobby lounge. Breakfast fruit choice is limited.

A very bad experience. First, the hotel's exterior logo is not obvious, and there is no elevator sign in the corridor. Second, the service is full of arrogance, I don't know where it comes from. It's a simple thing. I was hungry at night in the hotel and ordered a takeaway. The hotel didn't let the takeaway deliver it. I contacted the front desk and was told that the hotel has a robot, but it is used to deliver hotel items. You must clearly indicate that you don't mind before you can use it! The tone of her voice made me feel that it was usually used to transport garbage. I asked the staff to deliver it, and they said that they usually don't deliver it. Finally, under strong requests, they delivered it. As a result, they brought an agreement to me in the middle of the night to sign! I really don't know what the hotel management thinks. Isn't the hotel a service industry? Is it okay to make things difficult for customers? Third, the facilities in the hotel room are also lacking in maintenance. Not to mention the poor quality of the shower, it is still broken. Once it is turned on, it sprays water everywhere, and the sink is also terrible. If I were the owner of this hotel, the management could be replaced.
