Harga tidak sesuai kamar, fasilitas sudah tua, lokasi sulit dicari, dan tempat parkir tidak ditemukan. Saya masih menelpon front desk untuk bertanya. Anda hanya mendapat satu parkir gratis 24 jam untuk satu hari, mulai dari masuk mobil ke basement, suhu air di kamar mandi jelek banget, tidak stabil banget, sebentar panas dingin, sikap pelayanannya bagus, tapi hardwarenya jelek banget.

Location: the hotel is very out of the way from the attractions, except the lake. It took us 45mins on the metro to most of the attraction , ie ping jiang lu. metro station is just outside the hotel entrance. Car and taxi are unable to drop you off right outside the hotel door, they can access the number 6 car park entrance to the underground car park to drop you off. family room is spacious. Although, hotel website stated it is smoke free room and hotel. however, people can smoke at the corridor and in the restaurant at 1st floor. The entire corridor smell of cigarette smoke. We had 1 night where many people smoke in the restaurant, the smoke came through the air conditioning. our room stink of cigarette. and causing my mum has asthma attack. we also has insect crawling from the drain pipe to our room. i would not recommended to stay in this hotel.

Tanggapan dari Properti: Madam,thank you for staying at Qingchen hotel.Unfortunately,we were,unable to meet your expectations and return home!The hotel is surrounded by birds chirping and flowers fragrnt,with many green plants.In summer,the hotel also arranges weekly insecticidl treatment by a company.Soom room types have bathtubs.After you have reported the presence of insects,they may crawl out of the pipes.In comparison,we have recently arranged to place insecticidal effervescent tablets on the pipes for deep cleaning!The hotel is located on the ligongdi of jinji lake in suzhou,surrounded by beautiful scenery.The surrounding attractions include major art galleries,art galleries,suzhou center,Chengpin bookstre,moonlight wharf,and xietang old street,all of which are located around the hotel.The pingjiang road you are going to is in the old urban area of suzhou,However,15meters away from the hotel is the subway line 5,which is very convenine for travel.The subway time to reach the old urban area is about 30 minutes! the hotel is located on the pedestrian street in the ligongdi commercial district.take a taxi and get off at the roadside,walking 20 meters to the hotel!Wishing you a happy life!

While the staff do assist us with food delivery and courier services. However, the cleanliness of the room is still sub par with clumps of dust seen at different corners of the room. There were also odd patches on the wall being covered with plaster. The TV in the room is just Display without channels available for viewing.

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel in Suzhou for two nights and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The value for money that I got at this hotel was truly unbeatable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch considering the price I paid. The location of the hotel is fantastic, centrally located with easy access to all the key attractions in Suzhou. It made exploring the city a breeze, and I enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and their hospitality truly made a difference. One of the best perks of this hotel is the free parking available for guests. It was such a relief to not have to worry about parking fees or finding a spot, especially in a city like Suzhou where parking can be a challenge. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value hotel in Suzhou. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

Stayed for four nights and the experience was great. Just a short walk away from the lake. Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi. The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the Meituan guy trying to find the hotel. Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs). On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff. Great customer service skills, great environment, great view. 10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰

Never again that Hotel. Staff English only basic, hard to communicate. Breakfast was disappointing, TV doesnt work in thew room, Wifi doesnt work in the room . Asking staff to fix it nothing happen, nobody interrested to help and to solve the problem

The hotel was really clean and provided a nice stay. Ligongdi is a really beautiful area and nowadays also connected to the rest of the city by metro.

Mechar Hotel is situated in Ligongdi next to Jinji Lake. The hotel is great, and the staff members are very friendly. My family and I stayed in the family room, which can accommodate a family of four. The location is amazing, as the metro line is just in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area, sightseeing attractions that one can explore, and the area is very peaceful during daytime. However, it becomes quite crowded at night because many people visit the restaurants. When we checked in, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and it takes a while for the cleaning staff before they clean the room. We weren't sure if it was due to it being spring holiday and staff members having to clean too many rooms. However, we would go out for the day, and when we returned, the room was still unclean. If I can make a recommendation to the hotel, the steps where the beds are should be made a little bigger because they don't work with a busy toddler. The first step is too close to where the beds end, and the second step is not big enough, which caused my son to keep on falling by misstepping the steps during our stay.

My stay at Merchar Hotel was nice! The view from the window is remarkable. This location is perfect for people who would like to visit Suzhou downtown. It’s accessible to several good restaurants along Ligongi. It is also near the Suzhou Industrial Park Mall. Definitely, I will comeback here!
