the hotel is nice, good, clean, all the staff are friendly. the location is good. a lot of foods around the hotel and not too far from metro station.

They serve me well. Great place which is near to food place. Walkable distance to metro but advice bus is more convenient in Suzhou. Ventilation a-bit problem as smoker from other place fill up my room too.

Althought this location is a little loudly, but the room is good at decorated and fully equipped. Staffs are friendly and out space is clean also. The price is good for these things and it deserves to be recommend.

We booked a three bed suite for 3 people but don't recommend this as the sofa bed really uncomfortable. However other two beds were fine, standard hotel with very nice reception staff, they let us wash at no charge and received a lovely present. Thank you. The location is good with many sights nearby.

Great hotel, with a friendly staff who make himself available. We had a really clean room, with everything we needed in the bathroom (clean towels, toothbrush, comb...) ! A good price for a great room and location.

The room was cleaned so clean, the things were neatly arranged, the bed was soft, and I fell asleep in seconds at night. The bathroom had no odor, hot water was available whenever I turned it on, and the location was also excellent, and it was very convenient to eat and go shopping around. The hotel facilities are quite good, especially the service of the lady at the front desk is very good. Except for the hygiene, everything is quite satisfactory. The hygiene is very, very bad. The cleaning lady is very perfunctory and lazy. She asked me to make the sofa bed and she came in and made it perfunctorily. I asked her to make it again, but she ordered my mother to make it for her. I stayed for many days, but she came in every day and put down her towels and toiletries and left without cleaning. She left a pile of toiletries and slippers. The dirt in the bathroom is accumulated from not cleaning for many years. The shower is moldy and you can't put your feet in. It is estimated that it has never been cleaned since it opened. Public toilets are cleaner than this. If it weren't for the convenience of my child being hospitalized there, I would have no choice. In fact, putting aside the hygiene, this is a very good hotel. It would be great if it was cleaned

Traveling to Suzhou and staying there is just in time to avoid the Spring Festival peak, so there is no shortage of rooms. The hotel is well decorated and clean. It is close to other tourist attractions. The price is very reasonable and the boss is very nice. There is free coffee and milk tea downstairs

Booked during the Spring Festival. Usually the room is over 100. The stay experience during the Spring Festival was average. When I checked out, they said I would get a souvenir, but when I came back to pick it up, they didn't give it to me 😂
