Ulasan Xingle Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road)

This place is very near to metro and Pingjiang road. It’s very convenient especially when I have luggage to push around. The receptionist is also very attentive to us. I will definitely stay again if we come Suzhou again ☺️

The stay was nice and toilet was quite new. Near to attraction as well, easy access to metro with walking distance. They even sell bread if you are hungry can grab it downstairs.

Overall Muji style with good environment! Get a small door gift as well while check in and the staffs here is friendly 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

I had a great stay at this hotel in Suzhou! The location is super convenient—it’s easy to get around and explore the city from here. There’s also a lovely bakery downstairs, perfect for a quick bite or coffee. The room was cozy and comfortable, just what I needed after a day of sightseeing. Big shoutout to the front desk staff who were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect for families, great location and a lovely welcome, the staff gave us a small treat pack with cookies and bread when we checked in. Will definitely come back !

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Lindunlu metro station and 10 minutes walk to Pingjianglu. It is reasonably new hotel with zen design. These criterion justify the higher price tag. The room i booked was probably the low cost version, located at the far end of the corridor. There is a door that is kept opened all the time,, probably emergency door that separated this room for the rest in the corridor. The room was rather narrow, hardly any space to move around, so it s just nice for 1 person. The bed is tatami style, but the mattress is soft enough for a good night's sleep. The staff was kind enough to help microwave my food and attentive enough to provide me with plastic bag to carry the warm container and gave me a pair of chopsticks.

Clean and staff friendly ,good environment and convinence go to every where. Walking distance around 5 min from MRT.

Lawson just a few steps away from this hotel, very near. And the hotel staffs are friendly and polite and kind. I would recommend to stay 2 days in Suzhou to fully explore the tourist spots.

I recently stayed at Xingle Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road) and had such a great experience that I felt compelled to share a review. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome — they even offered me a small welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet given its central location. It's tucked away on Phoenix Street, just a short walk from the Lindun Lu subway station, so getting around was super convenient. Plus, Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street were just minutes away on foot — perfect for strolling, shopping, and grabbing local eats. My room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a large bathtub (complete with a disposable cover, which I appreciated for hygiene reasons). Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Even though breakfast wasn’t included, there was a small café downstairs where I could grab some fresh bread and coffee in the morning. What really stood out to me was the peaceful atmosphere. Despite being in the middle of the city, it felt like a little sanctuary. I slept soundly every night. Overall, Xingle Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s the kind of place you hesitate to tell too many people about because you want it to stay a secret — but they absolutely deserve the praise. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Suzhou.

Room is clean and cosy. Near to shopping areas like Guanqian and Pingjiang streets. Price is also affordable. Bed is comfortable.
