A tidy little place to bunk down with the family. Neat rooms and comfortable beds, clean amenities with enough in the kitchenette for basics as well. Good breakfast options priced competitively. Very engaging staff who were very supportive. Really good value for money - this is a 5 star performance in its class.

Found it to very clean, neat.Bathroom spotlessly clean,everything worked,kitchen area very clean & neat including refrigerator, plentiful supply of coffee/tea /sugar etc;no problems with TV. Manager was a polite pleasant obliging person, nothing seemed a problem to him, very good plentiful hot breakfast, bed linen very clean and fresh, warm & comfy bed! Even though it was situated right on the Princes highway with the double glassing and other sound deadening plus lovely shrubbery I didn't hear the traffic when door was closed! OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY FOR THESE DAYS!! Know where I will be staying next time I return to the SHIRE
