It is on one side of the first of two floors so no need to walk up and down flights of stairs. 550 sq. ft. of gorgeous living space. It has a quaint front porch and one designated parking spot. It has a shared coin washer and dryer. Surfside has its own police force and there are a couple security cameras on the outside as well. This property has everything necessary for a relaxing getaway. You have the comforts of a home away from home except with an ocean and exciting activities all around. The owner Scott lives in the upstairs apartment so the property is well maintained and safe. An Entire Ocean Is Just Down The Street! The property is close soon to be newly rebuilt Surfside Pier. In The Area There is Plenty of Golf Courses, Mini Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining.
