This is a fully remodeled spacious studio unit. Located upstairs, this open room features a comfortable queen bed and a futon for additional seating or sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience. For your dining needs, there is a small kitchenette equipped with a coffee pot and filters (please bring your own favorite coffee grounds), toaster, microwave, mini refrigerator, and dishes. Stay connected with the smart TV with fire stick and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Outside, you'll find chairs and a small table for your personal use, and a shared outdoor area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for some outdoor fun. Just remember to bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you plan to use the grills. Our location is convenient with restaurants, a convenience store, and a liquor store nearby. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, less than a block from the property! Leave your vehicle in one of our two shared parking lots and spend your day at the beach or purchase a Surfside Beach permit from local stores to drive your vehicle onto the beach. *The Village of Surfside has always had issues with its water. It has a bit of an off color, odor and flavor. We have installed a filtration system to help with this and the water is safe for use, but it doesn't fully remove these issues. Perfect This was a last minute trip just to get away from our daily grind. This property and property management was fantastic. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful. The property was clean, ac was cold and the bed was quite comfy. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our three night stay at this property was great. The room for more than efficient for just the two of us. Walking distance from the beach and fantastic breakfast buffet just two streets over. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and quiet area in the evenings. Host kept contact throughout our stay and was always just a phone call or text away if needed. Thank you Marcus, we will be back!

SUCCESSFUL STAY at SURFSIDE!!! WOW! After a brief getaway with family and friends, we found The Mark at Surfside to be exactly what we needed! Two blocks from the beach made walking to the beach a breeze, and the outdoor shower helped keep unwanted sand out of the rooms (GREAT feature)! No to mention being surrounded by the best bars, restaurants, and beaches around - the location is perfect! The room was exactly as pictured - beautifully decorated, wonderful kitchen space, and just enough room for the three of us! We are already planning another trip to Surfside and look forward to staying at The Mark at Surfside again! Bring your friends. Bring your family. Bring your fav boogie board. You've got memories to make at Surfside!
