Me and my boy friend were here just for a night but everything was so good. Good location,the food was nice,clean room and the staff speak english. We got a cheap price for the room We would to come and stay here again when we are in Surabaya.

Interesting art piece. The single bed is comfortable and well placed daily. Will definitely return on the next trip to surabaya.

Dining at Shangri-La Surabaya was an absolute delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. The hotel’s location is also convenient, close to major attractions and shopping centers, making it easy to explore Surabaya. However, the hotel itself is so luxurious that you may not even want to leave! Overall, my stay at Shangri-La Surabaya was exceptional. Awesome location but not the traffic. Clean and nice ambience even though the main lobby is on the second floor - up the carpark. Overall, great stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Harris Hotel and staff. Keep up the good work. Cons- hotel room floors should do a makeover. Can hear the popping whenever you are walking around in the room.

However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. The hotel is very good and clean but seems to a staffing problem and air-conditioning issues our room was brilliant free mini bar 🍸 but to open your room door was awkward 😅 but in regards to service the breakfast was very disappointing the in black outfits seem to be busy on the phone texting while one girl was left to deal with clearing the tables and non of the foods was refilled so me my wife 4 dutchmen and an Indonesian family of 4 was left scraps of food or salad we could hear the worker giggling havinfun otherwise the place is good

It's a quiet place away from the old city center, but there are many restaurants and the people are friendly. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend the residence. The price is good.

The location is ok. On the one side of the hotel there is a small convenient store, on the other side there is an old small shopping center (Hollowed) which comes with a few eateries. Royal Plaza has more food choices but it takes 15-18 minutes walk and you have to go around to pass the railway tracks to get there. The traffic at the railway intersection is very bad so you better to take Grab to go to Royal Plaza. The room is clean and room size is ok. The TV is good size and has good programs. There is a safe box, but no bathtub in the room I stayed. The buffet breakfast and dinner are ok. The AC at the dining area is not cold enough. The staff are friendly and helpful. The train tracks are very close to the hotel so don’t choose the rooms that face the tracks if you prefer quiet environment.
