The condo is updated including new LVF flooring throughout, new furnishings, and a new electric fireplace to mention a few. A well equipt kitchen including air-fryer nutribullet, crock pot and much more. Lots of local art works to enjoy that are just beautiful. There is a nice private balcony and a outside shower after a day at the beach (Labeled A). No parking worries for beach or pier you're only steps away. There are 2 parking spaces (Labeled A).
