Hotel ini belum selesai seperti yang dinyatakan di situs web mana pun. Hanya 2 lantai yang terbuka dan bahkan belum selesai. Saya akan mulai dengan bagian keselamatan terlebih dahulu, ada kabel listrik yang mencuat dari dinding dan tergantung dari atap di koridor, di sekitar kolam renang ada lebih banyak kabel yang mencuat dari tanah dan di mana mereka telah menghilangkan penerangan. Kamar-kamarnya belum selesai tanpa lis/pinggiran di dalamnya atau koridor. Tidak ada tempat sampah di sekitar hotel dan satu-satunya di kamar Anda adalah yang kecil di toilet. Ekstraktor di kamar mandi hilang dengan lubang di tempat yang seharusnya. Kabel darurat di kamar mandi tidak tersambung. Ambang pintu di kamar mandi terlihat seperti telah dipasangi palu dan penyok sedemikian rupa sehingga Anda harus berhati-hati saat masuk dan keluar kamar mandi agar Anda tidak memotong kaki Anda di tepi yang terbuka. Tidak ada lemari es, hanya lubang di tempat yang seharusnya. Bahasa Indonesia: Setidaknya ada satu kerusakan pada 2 lift setiap hari (beruntung hanya 2 lantai bawah yang buka. Wi-Fi sangat lambat, saya pikir mereka menggunakan koneksi dial-up. Makanannya hanya hangat saja, bukan karena kami sering menggunakan restoran karena seburuk itu. Pilihannya buruk, tetapi itu jelas karena hanya ada sekitar 40 dari kami di sana. Ini bukan hotel untuk kami orang Inggris, hotel ini sepenuhnya ditujukan untuk pengunjung Rusia/Slavia. MEMBERSIHKAN Kapan? Lantai di kamar bahkan tidak disapu selama seminggu kami berada di sana. Handuk hanya diganti dua kali bahkan ketika dibiarkan menumpuk di lantai. Koridor tidak pernah dipel, jejak kaki dari lantai yang belum selesai ada di setiap tangga ke lantai kami. Seseorang jelas telah sakit di lift dan tidak dibersihkan dengan benar (di sana sepanjang minggu) Tidak ada salon atau toko, hanya ruang kosong yang belum selesai Tidak ada hiburan, nihil, zip nada Toilet umum tidak memiliki cermin atau cara untuk mengeringkan tangan Anda (handuk tangan atau pengering) Saya mengeluh kepada perwakilan liburan kami dan dia meneruskannya semua kembali ke manajemen dan kami bisa saja pindah ke kamar lain yang belum selesai, saya tahu mengapa Anda mau melakukannya. Mereka terburu-buru untuk membukanya dan alih-alih menghasilkan uang, mereka malah akan berakhir dengan peringkat terburuk di Trip Advisor. Jangan salah paham, kelihatannya akan indah setelah selesai, tetapi itulah intinya, tidak demikian dan begitu pula stafnya, kebanyakan dari mereka tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris dan sangat masam

So as an English man what often baffles me some English people expect hotels to be like Ritz where ever they go ! This hotel is lovely the rooms are comfy and clean and the food is okay. Like most All inclusive hotels the drinks are budget and the food is often repetitive as it is here but venture out enjoy a meal in a restaurant its great value. No complaints from me the staff are friendly and the hotel is fine my only gripe is the air-con which is not great ! Overall had a lovely time both at the Zenith and Sunny Beach.

The hotel was fine. Food was good, staff was helpfull. The negative is there was very, very little entertainment of an evening so, out 2 weeks holiday there was only 2 nights of any entertainment.

Terrible hotel!!! Poor staff, problem with towels on the territory they always steal, there is no beach chair at all, the food is generally okay sometimes cold, I have nothing to say about the people at the reception, terrible staff!!! The room is not comfortable especially in the bathroom! Who I can give 5 stars to is the cleaners and animators! I don’t recommend this hotel!!!

The food is cold the majority of the staff are miserable. The air-conditioning is a complete waste of space. The bar is in the reception area with people drunk shouting in bikinis as you walk in avoid at all costs, you will only regret it hate to complain but this is possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at

Baring in mind this visit was the end of the season, overall, we had a pleasant experience here. Lovely room, comfortable bed, nice park / sea view. Plenty of selection food wise at breakfast lunch & dinner time. Room was cleaned daily. Pool is small but was adequate based on number of guests during our stay. The sunbeds need cushions, they are very uncomfortable. The hotel definitely needs somewhere for guests to sit & enjoy a drink in the evening, rather than just the lobby bar. Staff were friendly in the dining hall & at the bars. , A guest celebrated her 90th birthday the evening prior to us leaving, the staff organised a cake & they all came out to sing Happy Birthday to her.

This hotel would make a brilliant Adults only hotel,because it has not got enough facilities for children.So what i would do to make this perfect hotel No 1. Change the room that they use for the children to play in to a pool bar put some nice chairs and tables in ,and knock a door way in by the gym to get in to it if it rains,and may be a few snacks. No 2. Buy some new chairs and tables outside the old pool bar and burn the the old ones LOL No 3. Buy some pads for the sun beds this is a must. No 4. Buy some more tables and comfortable chairs for the lobby bar. No 5.Get rid of them stupid plastic cups and buy some plastic ones that they can wash and reuse. No 6. Get the builders back in and do all the snagging repairs before it looks a right mess, you have got 6 months to do it and put it right. And there was a issues with the food towards the end of our holiday,but give credit where due the restaurant manger stepped in and took the bull my the horns and sorted it out well done.Some guest were saying that the bar staff and waiters were rude and miserable and never spoke. We had all our bar staff and waiters talking to us and smiling towards the end of our holiday we always said please and thank you to them.The rooms were cleaned ever day and if you wanted towels changing put them on the floor. Would i return only if they sorted the sunbeds out pool bar and the plastic cups and sitting area. Come on hotel management make this a great hotel you are the only ones that can do it. We have come here ( still here 20/9/24 we are so disappointed, we don’t like to complain but… food is cold to Luke warm , same food every day ( lunch / dinner). Only bar available is in the reception area , extremely uncomfortable, as it is a reception not a relation area. Staff have no interaction and barely smile. We feel like we’re a burden to them ;the whole hotel is winding down ( yes we understand it’s getting to end of season) but we feel very unwelcome. Many guests are taking videos and photos.Such a shame as the room is large and great sea view , so much potential here ; first time lve ever put a review on hope it gets better going forward.

We have just returned from a break in the Hotel above and are extremely unhappy for the reasons stated below, which unfortunately is not an exhaustive list, just the main points. We have spoken to your representatives at the Hotel and all the guests we spoke to had the same type of issues Accommodation • Room was clean but decoration and fittings to a poor standard • Safe did not work, a engineer did come up a day later, but could not fix it so took it out altogether promising to bring another one back which never happened • Woke up on the 1st morning to find the room flooded, not from any fittings our side as they where dry but appeared to be coming from next door, reported it they did clean it up but when we returned, we had no hot water. Someone came the next day and fixed that issue but 2 days later no Hot water, reported it again but nobody cam till the following day so with HW for 3 days in total. They tried to say it was something to do with the toilet shower head, but it was not that • Coffee and tea not replaced at all during the entire stay • Only 4 coat hangers were provided, when I went down to reception to request more, they said it was their policy only to provide 4 and that they would not provide any more. Food • Extremely bland, tasteless. Chips, vegetables, pizza all cold, meat and chicken were warm but could nowhere near be classed as Hot. Very little selection in what they called the “Pool snack bar” again no quality Staff • The ambience of the Hotel was not good, all seemed to much trouble. All the time we were there we never saw anybody smile or make any contact with the guests. The only thing the staff in the Dining Room where good at is clearing away plates from the table as soon as they thought you had finished and sometimes even before you had finished • One morning we had to get an excursion bus at 7.30am so we asked if we could get into the restaurant to get some muffins/croissants to eat as we got onto the bus this was at about 7.25am we were told in no uncertain terms that the restaurant did not open till 7.30am therefore we could not go in Facilities • No beds/umbrellas were provided for the beach, the ones around the pool were all plastic and no cushions were provided, very difficult it lay/sit on • The so-called Pool Bar was only open at selected times and only when the restaurant was shut. This meant to get a drink you had to walk through the Hotel (in wet clothes) to the reception area where the only other bar was situated • Standard of finish in general all over the site was poor • There was nowhere to sit at a table after dinner or at any other time to play cards and chill I am sure we are not the only ones complaining about this Hotel, and we are extremely disappointed and upset that our Holiday was spoilt by picking Hotel that clearly was not classified correctly by Jet2, but even worse was the management of the Hotel itself.
