Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club - All Inclusive

This is our 3rd trip to Bulgaria and this same hotel and what can I say. Reception/Security Clean, bright and the staff are extremely helpful. Make sure you have your bands in show or security will stop you, which we experienced but we’re not bothered due to just doing their job and making sure everything is in order. Rooms We kindly asked for the same room as we had 2 years ago, a request via email and this was granted. We were in Room 515 Block A and since we were last here they have had new carpets fitted throughout the hotel. The rooms were always cleaned, beds made, fresh towels and toilet roll given each day. We pay for the safe to be able to keep passports in and money we don’t want to take out with us and this had not increased and was 8lev a day. We also paid for late checkout until 6pm which was 100lev and until midnight is 180lev. They have a luggage hold if you don’t want to pay for late checkout, which has electronic scales in to double check before going to the airport which is locked and unlocked on request. Pools The pools are fantastic, a little cold at first but once you get used to it there is no issue. The sun warms up the pool so we didn’t attempt to get in until 11/12am but the kids were more than happy to get in at 9am. Sunbeds are always a battle but remember do not put your towels out before 9am (signs are on the doors before going outside as a reminder) or they will be removed. We found if you put your towels out and someone was sat with them, then this was ok to do, if you want to get up early that is. The main pool is always busier due to the slides, activities by the animation team and the kids pirate ship pool than the relax pool. The pool bar staff are polite and accommodating and again to see George again was really nice. Food The food was again good, somewhat only warm but the themed nights the food was hot and they catered for everyone. There was not a time of the day we didn’t eat anything and the kids always had a plate and belly full. The snack bar is open 10-5, restaurant was 7-10 breakfast, 12-2 lunch, 6-9 dinner. Spa We have never been to the spa so do not know any prices unfortunately. Area Sunny Beach will always be a busy place but the location of the hotel is perfect. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, 10-15 minute walk to the main Flower Street, the heart of Sunny Beach. The bars all accept children though some maybe a little rowdy for younger ears but it is great. Beer prices are around 5lev for a big beer. Opposite the hotel is Bar Iglika ran by James and Tina. These 2 are fantastic and the team is wonderful to everyone. The big beer is cheap at 3.50lev and 1lev shots are brilliant value. Value for Money I love this hotel and we are booking again for next year. The price paid is very good value and couldn’t ask for more from the team at Hotel Laguna Park. Thanks a bunch!

What a beautiful place. The people, the food, the sun and the views. It's amazing A personal thank you to zdravco and vicky from the animation team. You have gone above and beyond and really made my daughter isabellas holiday amazing full of beautiful memories. You have warm hearts and are truly lovely lovely people. She was very shy but you brought her out if her shell and she had the time of her life I will forever be grateful for this. Thank you Sam

Everything was perfect, breakfast, lunch, dinner, staff, cleaning, the pool, wifi and more 10/10. Thank you Laguna Park . I had bought the All inclusive package and it was worth it. near the center and near the sea. I could imagine coming back here again.

After 2 days I came down with sickness and diarrhea, the food was usually tepid at best but often stone cold, I understand food can't be kept piping hot without it becoming overcooked, but for it to be stone cold suggests to me that the hot plates do not live up to their name. On more than one occasion I saw kitchen staff bring out hot food and put it straight on top of the old food which had gone cold. There is one 700w microwave which is not adequate for a hotel of this size, they would need at least 3 rated at 1000w. I also had my doubts about the area where they kept cold meats and cheeses etc, it did not feel cold enough to me, especially as the trays were lifted off the cold plate. It is really a shame, because if they could get the food right most other things at the hotel would have been more than acceptable (public toilet near the restaurant was my only other concern, not being cleaned well enough). I have to mention the hard working and talented animation team, they were great, working 12 hour days 6 days a week. one off my pet hates is hotels who charge for the use of the room safe, I refuse to pay for something which should be free, it is in the room anyway so does not cost the hotel anything for you to use it. The pool area is good, kept clean and in good repair but there is a lot of ants. Evening entertainment is ok, some done by the animation team, some bought in shows, despite claims to the contrary there is no Karaoke.

Zdravko and Sabi are amazing keeping my kids and husband entertained though out the day amazing people so friendly always happy always and many laughs with them, I would come back mainly to see zdravko he’s honestly a top man, amazing hotel loved every minute

We had the absolute best time at hotel laguna park, we stayed here for a week and my 4 year old son have told our whole family that we have to go back together, the entertainig is great, the kids Club is a favorite and we love the straff! The shows at night are fun and entertainig for both adults and kids! Clean hotel, Good food and a lot of activities for everyone! We are coming back later! Thank you for the best vacation!

Food is great with plenty of choice Bars are great Staff are very friendly and nice Rooms are very nice but air con poor Pools and slides are brilliant Would recommend 👌 👍 and one of the best 4 star hotels we've been too Overall if we come back to sunny beach we would come back to laguna beach

Went with hubby n 10 year old - So hotel clean, food good, not great but good, love GEORGI - no he didn't get me to write this was just a sound barman at what we called the lazy pool - away from slides - only 2 disappointments with hotel - no real evening entertainment - daughter felt she was too old for kiddie disco which was only half hour anyways at a random stage behind pool slides - and sorry but didn't see animation staff except 3 young girls during breakfast who were eating not entertaining - so no real entertainment - finally felt all other staff and people outside hotel were very short and ignorant - even when outside purchasing goods - loved location, hotel but wouldn't go again x

Well, to summarise, the hotel might not be the best. BUT, I want to give a big, big THANK YOU to the fantastic animation team, making great shows, including the audience, and also providing all young kids with many fun activities all day! Keep ‘em, Laguna Park!😍
