Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club - All Inclusive

We went 11/8 - 21/8. It's taken me a while to do a review. Because the night before we was to return home my son was sick and then we come down with it. We have no idea where this come from but we have never been so ill. The rooms was of good standard. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. The whole hotel was clean through out. The pool and slides was kept clean also. With gentlemen coming around all day picking up plastic cups(waste of lots of plastic cups). You could get a sunbed most day is early. But tou could not reserve beds before 9. Other wise the towels was removed . Some of the pool side was uneven. The lifeguards kept whistling the whistle. But it's there job to keep people safe. It was very busy and noisy around the pool edge. The snack bar was ok. But the same thing every day. The restaurant was ok. The food was the same kind of thing very day. Who wants chicken or pork every day. One day they had beef, I don't know what it was. Food was also warm and not hot enough. People was pushing and shoving to get by. Which made it unpleasant to enjoy a meal. Not enough tables when it's busy. Over all the staff was very friendly.

Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly staff, decent food .rooms cleand everyday fresh towels. Sunbeds are always available. My daughter (4) absolutely loved the pools. All inclusive drinks were decent to . Excellent location in Sunny Beach to.

Just giving my honest review & experience staying at Laguna park on an all inclusive TUI package. I get it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but only sharing my experience. A week prior to leaving we made the mistake of seeing all the negative reviews and unfortunately it was too late to change our accommodation with TUI Flex. We decided to have a positive mindset, ignore the reviews and just try and enjoy our holiday. In all honesty, we wish we had seen the reviews sooner so that we could have changed the hotel and if people have TUI flex and have time to change their hotel, my advice would be to do so. Firstly, the food was awful. Barely anything was hot, it wasn’t even lukewarm just cold. Plenty of options for meat eaters but not for vegetarians/vegans, unless you want some mushy slop. Secondly, after 3 nights we had to move rooms due to a family who were multiplying several rooms on our floor who were very disrespectful and noisy. Up until 3/4am, shouting, screaming at eachother and letting their children run up and down the corridors until all hours. On our second night, the same family tried to get into a fight with another family for honestly no reason at all. It was embarrassing really and was infront of the show where there were many children. Our son is not exposed to this behaviour and so became very scared and we had to leave because of this. Now, the sunbeds. Unless you’re down there between 7:30/8am and sat down with your towels you won’t get a sunbed. I had to stay with our sunbeds/towels whilst my partner and son went for breakfast, we could not eat all together as the towels would be taken by the lifeguards. I completely agree with the 9am rule and towels not being left on their own before then, but it’s just sad that we couldn’t even have breakfast all together otherwise we would have no sunbeds. I guess we could have had breakfast mega early but even by 8/8:30, they were all being taken. You can’t do anything in the pool, the lifeguards blow their whistle every 5 seconds. There’s no having fun in the pools. Not very clean around the pool, mainly the floor which is dirty. Lots of loose tiles around too. During the entertainment, someone was behaving inappropriately at the children’s disco. Inappropriate dancing, just really silly and disrespectful. Thankfully, our son made a friend and enjoyed the slides but other than that, not the best holiday. We will definitely never be returning to Laguna Park.

We had a wonderful stay! The food was excellent – tasty, fresh, and varied. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The location is also a big plus – just about a 10-minute walk to the sea. Everything was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and pleasant. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Lovely hotel pools are great, food not to bad, but staff are a bunch of thief's, firstly the cleaner took our key out the electric fob, which was fine but then my watch went missing and makeup bag rumbled through, horrible experience not happy at all with it

All inclusive food drinks were perfect a lot of choices entertainment was incredible and they made sure you were never bored there was a lot of activities near as well!!!
