Wij zijn voor de derde keer hier, eten in restaurant is prima, alleen de reuk van de katten is niet echt lekker, schoonmaak matig, kamers en bedden goed, gezellig personeel, en niet duur om te boeken. Waarschijnlijk volgend jaar weer. Het is redelijk dichtbij het strand.

Kjempe fin leilighet, men badet var ikke ok. Vannet rant fra dusjen og utover hele gulvet. Toalett sisternen var ødelagt, så vanskelig å trekke ned.

Dobra lokalizacja! Hotel w porządku. Basen , pokoje duże z łazienką (suszarka do włosów, mikrofalówka, lodówka ) Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Do plaży 3 minuty spacerem. W pobliżu mnóstwo knajpek, sklepów . Do centrum Słonecznego Brzegu 7 minut spacerem. Polecam wybrać się autobusem (2 levy) do starego Neseberu . Przepięknie! Z jedzenia w hotelu nie korzystaliśmy. Nie ma animacji.

Wyjazd zorganizowany przez TUI. Mieliśmy apartament, duży metraż, może nawet większy niż podany w ofercie, z równie dużym tarasem. Czysto, apartament był codziennie sprzątany, wymieniane ręczniki, pościel zmieniona raz w połowie pobytu. Widok na basen. Okolica spokojna mimo że centrum miasta, to w nocy cicho. Wszędzie blisko. Jedynym minusem było dosyć słabe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Cztery płaskie talerze, żadnego głębokiego. Jeden garnek i jedna patelnia, sztućce, kilka szklanek i to wszystko. Brak chociażby suszarki na naczynia czy ręcznika papierowego w aneksie. Ogólnie jednak polecam. Za takie pieniądze nie ma co narzekać i myślę, że warto, mimo że ogólnie w Bułgarii nie jest już tak tanio jak jeszcze kilka lat temu.

Het ontbijt is slechter dan wat ze de honden voeren, ze bieden geen ketchup of mayonaise aan, de douche voor het zwembad wordt gebruikt als toilet, de ligstoelen zijn oud, de parasols zijn gescheurd, dronken mensen schreeuwen 's nachts, ze bemoeien zich ermee met slaap, de geur van vocht en sigarettenrook, de barman is boos en onjuist, er is geen plaats voor kinderen en een fitnessruimte... Er is geen beveiliging, iedereen kan het territorium betreden... Het maximum is één ster ...Ik woon in Brussel

So finally we have time for all hotels where we were staying at last months) We arrived at this hotel at the end of April, beginning of May. We rented an apartment for a month. The price was very reasonable. To start with, it is very clean and tidy here. The hotel is located on the first coastline. It's a nice hotel with great apartments. Inside, there's a huge beautiful pool. The rooms overlook the inner part of the pool. It is truly beautiful at any time of day. Nearby, there are shops, a market, and the sea. We really liked the rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. I would recommend this hotel for couples or families. There are various types of apartments with the option to cook. The people around are very nice. We highly recommend it. Large supermarkets like Jeanette and Lidl are about 10-15 minutes away by car. There are also restaurants and bars. We highly recommend it and are extremely satisfied. Differently recommended! Very good

Good service, nice staff. Good pool area and everyone in public places in this hotel, there was clean everywhere. BUT. That's about it. Hotelroom cleaning was kind of bad, bc we did see a roomservice like 2 times in a week. And then we only got new towels, that's it. It didn't Matter what was the time, no cleaning. Also we had to get a toilet paper for few times in a maindesk lobby, bc they never left any. Bed pillows where bad, i dont how would anyone like to sleep with that peace of a sh*t pillow. Breakfast. Wel just poor and bad. Only few choices and they are like menu, so No buffet. And i tried to asked, if there can be make some changes to the dishes and it didn't work. Bc we already payed the breakfast all week, we had to eat that sh*t... no taste, no nothing. Our travel agency TUI sold us this breakfast... ofc we were wating buffet and everything usual hotel breakfast food. The price were the same level than the hotels, we are travelled before with buffet.

Booked the hotel and paid for 3 people. They gave me a double room with a sofa bed. I tried everything to get a bigger room since I was there with my 2 teenage daughters but the only solution was paying another 350€ for a upgrade. I had already paid 1500€ including flight and transfer no food included. I thing it’s a waste to book this hotel honestly. The staff is so rude and speaks no word English or any other language and a smile is hard to find in whole Sunny beach. Learned my lesson and will never come back to this and especially Krystian from the hotel broke my heart by just sending a stupid sorry to hear email. Don’t waste your money on this hotel people. It’s not even worth 1 star. Sad and disappointed
