The hotel was dated but clean, the pool and slides were good. However, that's where it ends. 2 sets of toilets, also used by the staff. 1 set was closed at night and the other set was outside the restaurant. But, when the restaurant closed the doors you had to walk from the back of the hotel to the front and walk past reception to access. it rained one day and the pool bar was the only thing open. Unfortunately the staff took down the umbrellas so you had to walk around the pool in the rain and then had nowhere to sit without getting wet. The shower was blocked and despite the "handyman" checking it wasn't resolved, so a shower became a dangerous thing with water leaking all over the floor. The bathroom light was only fixed when we complained the third time and refused to leave reception until it was done. The food was nasty and cold and after living on boiled eggs and toast we started to eat out. Entertainment was a laptop and a speaker, but as the wi-fi kept gong off the music was interrupted frequently. A couple of the staff were friendly but most were ignorant and miserable, and it wasn't because they couldn't understand us, they could. I could go on. Suffice it to say, Sunny Beach is great, the bars were good but the hotel? Nope. Never going there again
