Effect Grand Victoria Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Loud music and overall very loud area throughout the night. Reception and guest relations staff were very unhelpful, food and drink selection was ok. No parking at hotel so we had to leave our car a mile away and get shuttled. Unless you’re staying for 10 days or more, you’re probably not getting a reservation for either of the specialty restaurants

Everything was perfect, from the recepsion, to staff of bar, very kindly, everyone is smiling, very helpful, Clean, close to the center, rooms are so cozy, it worth it. Sure we will back again, and i highly recommendit this place. 10/10 everthing

Bad food, tasteless Personally, under any criticism, I had barely checked in after I went to the beach - [ ] Then I went back to eat... when I found out that I needed an appointment, I was greeted by a very arrogant, disrespectful gentleman He told me that they can't eat if I don't have a reservation, I asked him for the 2nd day where I can make a reservation, he answered that it's busy.... I barely refrained from slapping him.... I speak English better than 95% of all Bulgarians, you wouldn't know I'm Romanian only then did I realize that this is their behavior All the restaurants require a reservation, I wanted to make one... only after 4 days they were opening, and I was leaving on the 4th day.... Overcrowded and poorly prepared I ate at the "Italian" restaurant, they gave me water from the sink, it tasted like chlorine Every night, they ran out of ice at the bar In a word, from "all inclusive" it has arrived, if you catch it or if they are still in the mood.... pathetic I only ate in the "city", all the food was tasteless, I couldn't eat almost anything - [ ] They didn't even have table napkins - [ ] I will never come back, the location is a mess... and expensive and poor quality - [ ] The air conditioning worked the first evening, then I died of heat - [ ] The parking lot is full, I'll take you 2 km away to park your car - [ ] Weak and very arrogant staff, the food sucks, the drink the same - [ ] You are not allowed in the pool after 6 pm.... - [ ] They don't have enough sunbeds - [ ] All in all, you're screwed if you come here + nerves - [ ] I do not recommend, the most porous holiday of my life

This is absolutely No. 1 in Bulgaria. We have visited many hotels in this country, but surely this is the best one. Since we have been here, we never wanted to change. This was our 5th stay already. Everything is really great. Thanks for the greatest room we have ever had. The food is really unforgettable experience, especially thematical dinner, which are served in special restaurants. Thanks to really great, nice and really friendly manager Stella and her colleague. The Shef Svetoslav is a real master of his work, he gives heart and the soul to his work, it was pleasure to taste his food and see how grandiously he prepares it. He is really georgeous. Thanks a lot. Coming agian and surele would recommend this place as a absolutely perfect vacation.

We had a three night stay in this hotel and we were a group of 14 people. We had a stay here a second year in a row, and we were absolutely delighted. Staff exceptionally friendly, food freshly prepared and delicious, the variety of food was great. Pool bar was not in operation yet, but it did not bother us as there were water polo matches going on so it would be challenging anyway. Specially I would like to thank the staff for their kindness, helpfulness and patience. Food and drinks available 24 hours did suit us very well, and also thanks for help to one of us which had restricted mobility at that time. Closing of one of the entrances towards the beach contrary to the last year was a good idea. I wish I could say something positive about the Burgas Airport. That was a disaster. So if you going to visit, be prepared, and don't let those xxxx ruin your holiday. Special thanks to Hristina N. which was super helpful. Can not name all the bar and catering and entertainment staff. Roomservice was in our experience swift and thorough. If there is something to point out what needs some attention then it would be maintenance. Paintwork on outside constructions needed attention even last year and I thought that someone would attend between the seasons...

Unfriendly staff, long waiting times to order a drink, and to top it all off, I had to pay an extra 60 euros because there was 1 drop of blood on my bedding (this was due to a mosquito bite). You must reserve the restaurants in advance to order a drink. Being able to eat there would be useful if the staff would tell you to do this in advance. We go on holiday a lot, but this was one of the worst hotels so far.
