Felda Residence Hot Springs

We booked 3bedroom villa. Condition of the room is really bad. The floor was unclean. Very dusty. Had to sweep the floor multiple times and yet still unclean. Too many insects inside the villa. The bedsheet were torn here and there and dirty they were stains all over. Towels provided were smelly too. There were dead cockroaches insides the room. The air conditioning were dripping and and the room were nothing like the photo in the website. For 1 night stay cost is above 1k i think the villa need a major renovation to upkeep with the price. Its not being maintained and its worn off. We stayed for 2 night and it was u pleasant stay. Breakfast was so so. Not much options. The water issues is continuous we had to call the staff multiple times as we face no water issues multiple times in a day. The tv was so small and nothing like the photo shown in website. It was very disappointing to have spent soo much money for 2 night stay and yet the room is way way worst than what I imagined nor up to par with the cost per night.

I rented a villa with 3 rooms. Nice villa with private small pool which can have live hot spring water flow in. Villa is nice and spacious. The receptionist staff are helpful and friendly. The water park in hot spring is nice and my kids love it very much. One thing need improvement is food to take for lunch and dinner. The food is spicy and all is fried food. Have to drive to Sungkai town around 20min to get non spicy or Chinese food.

During booking I got feedback d place was full, when in actual fact it was almost empty. Requested for extra bed n waited so long for it. There were lizards waste in every room. D Water Park was not clean or well maintain. Please ensure cleanliness so guest will recommend n business will continue to prosper..

Well, I can review that this hotel is good budget for family with young children cause the hotel provided complimentary free-access to hot spring pool with cold water pool than those none hotel guest needs to purchase entrance tickets. The felda management had improved the cleanliness as compared year 2012 where the visitor can bring along food and make the area dirty. nowadays, they not permitted visitor to bring outside food to maintain the hyenine and cleanliness. Lastly, the hotel room urgently need replacement new furniture as well the toilet facilities to attract new visitors to stay at this beautiful hotel. The bathroom tub is not suitable for young children and elderly people since the bathroom space is limited and slippery where you can modify it into rain shower facility. If the Felda invest new WI-Fi connection then it will be fully awesome for guest. Overall, we are satisfy with the hotel during our trip and we are looking forward to come back for our organization retreat if Felda take serious on my suggestion. all the best.

Это очень старый комплекс. По телефону мне сказали, что не осталось 2-спальных вилл, и я был вынужден забронировать 3-спальную. По приезду я не увидел никаких толп посетителей, просто большая часть вилл находится в плачевном состоянии и поэтому заброшена, отель поддерживает только часть из них в полуживом состоянии. Территория огромная, и она довольно неплохо убирается, все мостики и дорожки в порядке, и это важно - под ними течет кипяток. Сами источники просто потрясающие, я сначала не понял, что за странный бассейн с холодной водой, он не выглядел презентабельно, но после визита в горячий бассейн я бежал в холодный, сверкая пятками. Нам очень порнавились источники с разной температурой воды, и приветливые посетители. Не скажу, что сотрудники отеля были так же приветливы, они просто ждали, пока мы что-нибудь купим, а нас не предупредили, что надо носить с собой наличку. Вилла очень замученная, в одной спальне занавеска упала на пол, я повесил ее кое-как сам. Кровати жесткие, но по крайней мере чистые. Душ во всех комнатах работал, но одна раковина была забита, телевизор вообще не включился, а кондиционеры управлялись одним пультом на всю виллу. Но мы приехали на горячие источники! Самый писк всего - это личная джакузи на вилле, мы провели весь вечер вокруг нее, несмотря на дождь и грозу, нам было очень тепло, однако вода к 9 вечера стала настолько горячей, что невозможно было даже опустить в нее ноги. Ужин в единственном кафе разочаровал, бургер было не прожевать, рыбные палочки воняли, из напитков только сок был неплохой, а за пивом мне пришлось ехать аж 15км в ближайший 7-11. Завтрак также был никакой, яичницу нам не сделали, да и в целом есть там было нечего, кроме лапши и риса. В общем, если туда ехать - то брать с собой еду, на вилле есть кухня. Есть то, что там подают, невкусно и неприятно. И лучше всего помнить, что вы едете на источники, и получать удовольствие именно от них.

成人收費15馬元，老年人收費8馬元，總的來説很不值得。應當稱它為一個特殊的洗腳池而不是温泉。大多數的水池都很淺，最熱的水池水温是在40-45度但是我很懷疑，因為所有的温泉水都衹是暖的。所有的區域都很臟，充滿了垃圾和人類的排泄物（糞便），還有非常令人噁心的貓徘徊在廁所堵塞物的周圍。總的來説不要浪費時間和金錢在這個暖水泡腳池，你可以在家裡做這個。。。
