Booked 3 weeks before our stay as attending a funeral. Numerous emails ignored and then escalated through booing.com. They were just as poor and didn’t manage to get hold of the owners. We oleander to check in an hour early and I was happy to pay for this. No contact up until the day of arrival when a watts app message was revived stating I had to pay another £100 deposit that would be refunded in 7 days if there was no damage or smoking. As we couldn’t use the apartment before the funeral and after a sad day, we made the decision to drive home rather than use the apartments. I have requested my £100 deposit but they have refused to pay. *********** are more than poor and are now requesting pages of documentation from me to support with getting the deposit refunded. We did not enter the apartment. Do NOT USE. SCAM.

Alexander Apartments have done it again, they have not only met my needs but have given me brilliant customer satisfaction. My room, as always was very warm and welcoming, as well as clean and tidy. Thanks again Alexander Apartment's for a lovely stay. Simon.

Booked at the last minute on *********** after finishing the C2C. Sat on the doorstep of the property (no sign or property name), outside was run down, peeling paint, looked unused) unable to get entry. Called the number provided in the auto response email. Rang out on 1st attempt, then straight to voice mail for the next 10 attempts to call them. Also sent an email. After sitting on the doorstep for 30 mins, cold, tired, decided to book another property ( directly, not through ***********). Property have taken my money. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY.
