Really dissatisfied with this hotel, needs updating especially the aircon/ventilation system in the hotel rooms.

Convenient for Hampton Palace Court festival. Parking was right next door. You had to pay. Room was large and comfortable. The restaurant isn’t open for lunch. Good value for money

Looks a bit grim from the outside but once inside its a nice place to stay, didn't eat there as arrived late and checked out early. Parking was convenient and the team behind the reception desk were lovely.

Car park a bit of a shock. Security would put Fort Knox to shame and the smaller your vehicle the better, when you can get in and £14 a night! Hotel itself lovely but environs a bit rough. Next door to a nice shopping centre so brace yourself and go for a stroll you’ll find anything you need. Rooms well appointed and mainly clean although the carpet in my room could probably do with a steam clean along with the tiles in the bathroom! Breakfast worth getting up for in pleasant surroundings.

Stayed here a number of times now as it’s practical for Twickenham and has car parking. The car park is tight but has plenty of spaces. Check in was nice and easy and the room was as expected. Clean, tidy and comfy. Breakfast was up to the usual standard and plenty of it. See you next year

Simple but clean and all you need room. Restaurant/check in staff (Parnia, Karen, Nayanna and Mervin*) were all great and we really enjoyed having tea and breakfast there, as it was all lovely food and catered to our fussy son :) Will definitely be back for the next rugby final!

The hotels customer service never disappoints, from reception to housekeeping everyone was friendly and always went the one step ahead. The breakfast was fresh, dinner was amazing. Will definitely return. The manager should be proud of you all.

Had an amazing experience here. All of my family came here recently & I couldn't fault it at all. Amazing customer service, I was accomidated to at 3am in the morning- due to my little boy being boiling hot and they managed to turn the air conditioning down to cool the room right down! Amazing hotel, amazing staff. I can't do anything but thank them all, and to top it all off the breakfast was absolutely amazing!
