I paid the fee when I booked the room, and deducted the deposit credit card twice. I called and said that I would return it in a week. If I didn’t call, I would lose.

Chain hotel, excellent service! It is a resort, large in scale, the lobby has a sunny roof, and it feels good. But there is a distance from the downtown area and it is quiet.

Everything about the hotel was great except the pillows were too soft and felt empty. I’m also seeing some charges on my account from the hotel which I’m giving a few days to see if these are refunded before I reach out to them.

Perfect from check in to the room. Will recommend 10/10!

I always choose this hotel and absolutely love it here. Needless to say I definitely will be staying here again. My children, husband and I just love it, from the pool to the beds to the gym area to the numerous lounge areas to the complementary breakfast. Which may I also say that the breakfast is amazing and they offer a huge variety of breakfast foods that all are very delicious...

American breakfast, although not many patterns, beef patties, sausages, eggs, porridge, various breads, homemade waffles, fruit, coffee and juice, but the taste is still very good 👍

The room is big, close to the children's school, and the breakfast is OK. I go to the gym occasionally. I call Uber for travel around.
