One of the shuttle bus drivers drove the vehicle roughly and dangerously, and our suitcases were broken and cracked. We took shuttle buses about four times, but he was the only one who drove that way. The other drivers were good. The suitcase became distorted and would not open. I finally forced it open.

Nice and clean. Fair price and spacious room for solo travelers. Bathrooms are very clean. Drawbacks are that the doors cannot perfectly prevent noises outside, and the location is actually ~10 minutes walk to every subway stations nearby.

The hotel was lovely. It was a little confusing as there are two hotel names under one roof and the gentleman checking in forgot to mention that I could use my Hilton rewards to receive a welcome gift as he did with everyone else checking in. The breakfast has a great selection of fruits or meals, cereals and pages. The coffee is on tap are helpful if they were available all day breakfast ending at 9 AM is just unheard of, quite early. I did a food delivery one night and the food was dropped off on a delivery shelf, which was quite innovative. The gym facility was excellent. Would only fault the location as it’s quite a distance from the actual Seaport boardwalk and you can only catch a cab or drive coming with this hotel.

It is not the style of domestic Marriott, it is relatively simple, similar to the level of domestic orange crystals, but the room is clean and comfortable, and there is no problem at all as a temporary accommodation. Guests can park for free, but they need to ask for a parking voucher at the front desk, otherwise they will be considered as illegal parking and towed away. Breakfast is very simple, American cold meal. The traffic nearby is not very friendly, there are many cars and the route is complicated, friends who drive by themselves must check the route in advance, the turning intersection is very close, it is easy to make a wrong turn

Stayed for 28 days in this HOTEL. Location is good rooms are spacious and and nothing beats to the WARM HELPFUL AND POLITE FRONTDEST a big shout out to the manager MAM SERENA for going out her way just to give me a hand to make my stay stress free as I have problems with my creditcard. The staffs are very approachable and very respectful… I would also like to thank sir MARIO and mam ALYSSA you guys did a great job…
I have stayed with a few Marriott hotel as i travel very often but one thing that makes this hotel different from the others is that they give you 25 dollars voucher that you can use to buy foods and a complementary welcome drinks that’s very refreshing…
I will surely recommend this hotel to some of my friends if ever they come to Boston… YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG if you checked in… I mean why would u settle for less when you can have the BEST And that’s the MOXY HOTEL BOSTON DOWNTOWN

The room was average, not bad but no surprises; the flight arrived at 10pm, so I had to call the hotel after picking up my luggage at the airport to arrange for the hotel shuttle to pick me up, but the shuttle came quite quickly. It was late at night when I arrived at the hotel, and the check-in staff at the front desk were doing other irrelevant things slowly, not considering the guests' eagerness to check in and rest, and made me wait for ten minutes before going through the formalities. The airport free shuttle driver was ok, helped with the luggage, and of course I gave him a tip. There were not many options for the buffet breakfast, which was incomparable to some high-end hotels in Asia. It seems that most bathrooms in American hotels have bathtubs + shower curtains, and shower rooms are rarely seen. The main reason is that the hotel is really not cheap, maybe because it is the peak season. At this price, you can stay in Shangri-La in major cities in China.

JJeffreyH2The Verb Hotel is one of a kind hotel. Located right next to the legendary Fenway Park, it has its own vibe and nice amenities. I love all the old school records and had an opportunity to catch up with Prince, Bob Dylan among others. The deco is retro which is really nice and fitting. I also enjoyed the 24 hour hot and cold coffee on tab. Staffs are super friendly. Everything looks and feels clean. The restaurant onsite and nearly are decent.

GGuest UserExcellent location a few minutes from airport. Shuttle comes automatically and about every ten to fifteen minutes. My favorite free breakfast is here. They have made-to- order omelets with many ingredient choices. Good bed, big TV, friendly staff. They also have an evening reception most nights. We like to walk also to the Italian deli market three blocks away. They do have a luggage storage room if you have to take a flight out later in the day.

GGuest UserThe security guy in the lobby is very nice, and the black guy at the front desk is very personable. The facilities are complete and he cooked hot pot for two days. After leaving the hotel, I restored the entire kitchen including all the tableware. It was okay and worth re-ordering.

RRichardtimThe room is very small, about 10-12 square meters, which is inconsistent with the description on the Internet. The bathroom is also very small, only shower gel and shampoo are provided, and toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided. The mineral water in the room is only provided on the first night, and it is no longer provided afterwards. There is free machine-drawn water in the lobby. When checking in, the service of the front desk lady is average, with a blank expression. The two of us only took one passport to register; the service of the beautiful lady at check-out is very good, and she also helped to re-register Marriott points.
