I recently stayed at here and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, situated in a convenient area close to key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. As for the amenities, they were top-notch, offering everything I needed, from a well-equipped gym to a relaxing spa. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a flawless experience. 5/5 across the board!

The hotel is located at a strategic place. Easy access to PJ and KL. Also convenient to go for shopping as it is connected to the shopping complex. Parking is easy as many parking lots available after 9pm. Room is clean and we have a pleasant stay here.

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night. Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. Homestay dekat dengan kedai² and mall so tak perlu pergi jauh utk cari makan / keperluan harian.. Good services from them bcs also give an instruction for check in and check out process! Recommended to those who wanted to bring small family or friend here 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good Location for overnight stayed at Sunway, near to Sunway Lagoon Water Park. Easy to reach for amusement and Restaurant places. Hotel still need to upgrade the Cleanliness and also need service the elevator at Lagoon-2 Rooms. The elevator only function to use from down-stair to up stairs, but not functioning for using from Top to down, ”Not friendly” user for Old-Folks.

Booked the hotel last minute for countdown on New Year's eve. Check-in was fast. Reception and staff are professional and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed watching the fireworks at the pool area.

Great stay! Very convenient as the hotel lobby is connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Lagoon Themepark, Sunway Resort Hotel and Sunway Lagoon Hotel. But the breakfast is only served at Sunway Resort Hotel and the swimming pool is only available at Sunway Lagoon Hotel. The room basin is blocked and the water flows very slow and therefore leave a stain. The carpet in the hotel also quite dusty because it triggers my nose allergy. Besides that, it’s compulsory for all hotel guest to pay for parking RM15/night per car. It was a wonderful stay minus those mentioned.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Sunway Resort Hotel! The direct pool access and special entrance to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park made everything so convenient. Breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill was outstanding, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, including a kids’ corner. The direct connection to Sunway Pyramid Mall was another great perk for shopping and dining. Service was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. If we visit Kuala Lumpur again, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for families.

The location is very convenient. It was situated in the same building as sunway mall. Easy access to mall. The room was very spacious and 2 big bed were provided. Easy communication with the agent.

All in all, we don’t mind the Cons (listed below Overview, Pros & Cons) as we only stayed 1 night. So for those looking to stay longer nights, if you don’t mind the cons, you can consider as it is affordable for spacious rooms like this in Sunway City. Overview: 1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there. 2. The name of this place “Resorts Suites @ Bandar Sunway” was tagged as “hotel” in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Properties’ hotel chain. 3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card. 4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldn’t recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly). 5. As it is a “house” unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony. Pro: 1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately. 2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax. 3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area. 4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong. 5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didn’t use it. 6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size. 7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels. 8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and there’s water boiler too, if you need to use. 9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room. 10. Very spacious bathroom. 11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well. Cons: 1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably it’s the way how it’s being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself. 2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area. 3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains. 4. Curtains are old and dirty. 5. Tv channels only 2 channels. 6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty. 7. Has balcony but I don’t see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids. 8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us. 9. Parking flat rate - I didn’t ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since it’s not under Sunway management directly. For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.
