I’m quite sure that a better job could be done by the team instead of ignoring my queries on the following:
1. I selected a room stated that has windows; stayed in a room with only walls around unable to access any outside view 😕
2. I selected a room listed to have a TV; stayed in a room that has no TV leading to a pretty boring night 😮💨
3. I selected a room that I was made to believe a washing machine is included as per listed amenities; stayed in a room where no washing machine is to be seen 🫤
The above matters were raised in the WhatsApp group chat but to no avail, none of the team members within the group chat responded, so needless to expect any concerns showed on my stay being hospitable. The next text that got in the group chat was already informing me about checkout, as though my queries were entirely nonexistent.
I’m sorry but it’s a rather disappointing experience after so many umpteenth stays I previously had.

The service is not good. They don't answer calls, only text messages (WhatsApp) are accepted. Basically, you have to do everything yourself. Also, when booking a room on Trip.com, they said there is free parking, but you need to pay for parking yourself... I drove out in the morning and found that the car had a crack (I don't know when it got there, it's my bad luck). It's very bad.

It was very clean and had a kitchen, but the Wi-Fi was too weak to be usable even though there was a Wi-Fi router in the room, perhaps it was just my room.
