The drop off point is a little inconvenient if you drive. You need to drop off and leave immediately. The parking is within the shopping mall below the hotel, which can be confusing — the signs are not clear in the car park on how to access the hotel.

The bed is big and comfortable. The room is bigger than what we expected. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The room is clean but there are some stains on the rug.

Nice hotel but horrible customer service especially from the blond lady with glasses. She acts like she is doing you a favor and is not very nice.

Nice location 15 min walk from train station with parking lot under the hotel building. Highly recommend to buy the discounted Mercedes Benz museum tickets with hotel in advance

Nice hotel near the main station. Room size is really nice and they have a washer and a dryer for guests to use. Room cleaning could be improved.

Very nice hotel, location good as well. Near by a big mall which is convenient to buy food and everything what is needed. Hotel has everything as well, even laundry (for free) 😏

Very nice hotel.

酒店位置離車站十分鐘之內，和商場一個樓，買東西很方便，有超市有飯店。房間很大，有設計感，床頭就可以充電，熱水壺茶水吧都有，寄存行李方便。衹是我個人原因，走的時候忘記拔轉換插頭了，留了點遺憾。酒店定位容易找到商場，其實是兩個門，最好在地址處標註一下。
