The location was near the train station, and it wasn't quiet also, we heard the voices of the other rooms.

The facilities were OK, but the customer service really average. 4 people at reception, only one desk being served. Our presence not even acknowledged or welcome extended and it went downhill from there. On one occasion I rang for room service to order a meal and the response was "oh no... we're not doing that at the moment, you'll have to come to restaurant". This is despite menu still being accessible in the room. Numerous occasions where social niceties and basic courtesy overlooked. Marked difference from other Pullman hotels in Australia and other hotels throughout Europe visited on this trip.

Although under a massive renovation, reception was friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. Hotel and room were very clean. Comfy bed, large bath area with good water pressure, enough towels and toiletries. Fridge and a free bottle of water. Breakfast a bit overpriced at 24 euro which is more that the Marriott, but eggs can be made to order, or already scrambled and crispy bacon is always a plus.

The hotel's homepage listing is seriously inconsistent with the actual accommodation environment. The hotel is located in the suburbs and the accommodation experience is very poor.

Actually, the hotel is not near the first picture, but in a village. I felt cheated at first, but I finally found it was better to stay here. It is a very comfortable rural environment, and it is very convenient to go to the city center. I drove there by myself, and the parking price is not cheap, but you can enter and exit unlimited times within a day. The scenery of the station next to the hotel is really beautiful. The park next to it can communicate and play with local children in depth. It is very suitable for children to play.

The facilities are complete, with carpets, multiple lighting combinations, ventilation, good window sealing, close to the train station but not disturbed. The breakfast is also quite rich. It is a first-class hotel in Vihaigen. The room is spacious, with western exposure in the afternoon, the sun fills the bed, very pleasant. The network quality is slightly poor, if the Internet conditions are improved, it will be perfect.

Bad service attitude, not well-informed! I booked a lot of rooms, but found out that there were no rooms left during the booking process, so I wanted to cancel the other rooms, but the hotel refused to refund or change them. I just thought I was out of luck! Rubbish, everyone should pay attention when booking!

The photo on the homepage is not a photo of the hotel's exterior. The hotel is six subway stops away from Stuttgart Main Station.

The room is generally good and quiet. There is a large park next to it, which is worth visiting. The bar area on the first floor is OK. The service in the restaurant area on the first floor is average.
