A newly finished basement features a ping pong table, arcade games (Ms. Pac-Man, basketball), foosball, karaoke, TV, board games, and a poker table. The ground-floor laundry room includes ski/snowboard racks and direct access from the driveway. Enjoy blazing-fast Wi-Fi, TVs with Apple TV and/or Chromecast (no cable), central heat & A/C, cozy new beds, and updated bathrooms to ensure a relaxing, and comfortable stay. [ OUTSIDE ] Unwind in our 6-person hot tub, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or explore the lake with 3 provided kayaks (2 singles, 1 tandem). Dine al fresco with a propane grill, picnic table, and nearly 1,000 sq ft of outdoor patio space. Firewood, propane, and life vests (child and adult sizes) are provided. Fishing (catch & release) is allowed—just bring your own fishing gear. [ GATED COMMUNITY ] Located within the private gated community of Penn Estates in East Stroudsburg, you'll have FREE seasonal access to the following shared amenities: pools, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, and the open field and picnic areas. *Check-in is after 4pm with 24 hr. gate access *Pool access is limited to 10 guests and open Memorial Day–Labor Day weekends ONLY.
