Premier Inn Manchester Salford Media City

I had breakfast at the Premier Inn in Media City and was genuinely impressed. The quality of the food was excellent — everything was fresh, well-cooked, and nicely presented. A great selection too, whether you’re after a full English or something lighter. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. I want to give a special mention to Chloe, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt looked after. Her friendly manner and professionalism made a great start to the day even better. Highly recommend starting your morning here if you’re staying nearby. Top marks all around!

Hotels was good and room was very accessible. Car parking for vehicles taller than 1.8m very bad and no clear instructions. You have to leave your car in the layby go into the car park, up the lift to floor 2 and go to carpark office, pay for fee and then you are told where to park.! Not an amazing experience for someone with a disability

It’s not fancy, but for convenience, quantity, and a reliable breakfast experience, it does exactly what it promises. Ideal for families, business travelers, or anyone who wants to fill up before a busy day.

The Premier Inn breakfast exceeded expectations. Myself and my husband arrived to check in for our stay at Premier Inn Media City Manchester and were greeted by a very rude customer being extremely difficult and complaining at the check in desk. The member of staff (I believe his name was Mike) dealt with the guest politely, courteously and went above and beyond to try to please the gentleman. Unfortunately despite the staff members best efforts it appeared that the gentleman who felt that because he held a blue disabled badge deserved preferential treatment. He continued to complain about there not being any onsite parking for him and was unhappy about having to use the multi storey car park at a heavily discounted price and that the transport links for Manchester from Media City were poor. All this information is on the website and if he had familiarised himself before booking he would have known this. Having stayed here many times before we have never had a problem getting into Manchester City Centre, the Metro is cheap, easy to use and quick. The Multi Storey car park is conveniently situated to the hotel,safe, secure and very reasonably priced for Manchester. The hotel is clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We had a Premier Room on the 10th floor this time and it was well worth the additional £9 to upgrade. Well done Mike for remaining calm and professional while dealing with this gentleman you are a credit to the hospitality business and composed yourself much better than I could have done. Keep up the good work.

Had a delightful breakfast !chloe and her team made us feel very welcome and the food did not disappoint i have to say the sausages were fantastic , i look forward to eating here again and taking full advantage of the all you can eat , thanks again guys
