Manchester Trafford Centre Wst

隔音設備很差，房間關門、樓道隔音效果不佳，服務員不足…導致給予的服務欠奉。純屬經濟型旅館，作為驛站考慮…可以合格。

I absolutely love Premier inn however, this one was a mess!!! I booked a Premier Plus room and when we got to the room there was no Nespresso or choccies. There was 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Went down to reception/bar and told the guy there and he gave me the 4 Nespresso pods but said there was a problem with delivery so they had no chocolate. Not a problem so high tailed it back to the room and then noticed the actual problem. The bed is what I can only describe as a double at best. The cleanliness was a disaster- see photos attached. Went to the bar, it was good and the staff were nice. We had prebooked the meal deal and the evening meal was disgusting, again see photos, the food was so "old" and burnt and beyond inedible. We would have e complained but only had the option when the waitress came to our table right at the end. The breakfast was the same, cold and very poor. I would have told 'reception' when we checked out however there is no one there, just a box to put your keys into. I did phone customer service and they gave me a £31 refund - what a bloody joke. This is why I won't stay at a Premier inn again. It's not the money, I don't want to pay for food that I can't eat or a dirty room - you judge for yourself what the hell these stains are.

The hotel was lovely and the room as expected. There was food still behind the door on the skirting in the bathroom but otherwise it was as advertised and was great for the reason we were there. Anything that we didn't have or needed was easily accessed downstairs and the staff happy to help.

Lovely stay and will definitely stay again. Lovely friendly staff, beds very comfortable. Very handy for the Trafford centre only a five mi Ute walk away. Self check in was straight forward and staff were there to help. Breakfast was lovely. No issues at all.

Best premier inn ever decor and customer service is excellent !! HANNAH IS THE DUTY MANAGER made us feel so welcome and was so helpful and went the extra mile to look after us, she really made our stay feel special !!! She is an asset to this hotel !!! Will definitely be returning , HAPPY CUSTOMER X

Lovely friendly service from all the staff especially from Karen, a great night sleep and breakfast would definitely recommend and come stay again. The breakfast selection was very good and we were quick to sit down so we could get tucked in. Checking in was ever quick and easy too for a relaxing stay .
