Great hotel and just nearby Old Trafford. Match day will have warm message with some souvenir which is very surprised. Shall back again in near future.

Right next to Old Trafford Stadium! Very near, clean and big room! Checked in 3-4 hrs earlier, and their room is already ready!! Although the room we checked in to have some faults with the shower, the staff reacted immediately and changed a room for us on the same floor. The room can open up to 2-3 big luggage! There is a kettle and mini bar fridge in the room, full of sweets, 2 bottles of mineral water, and 2 cans of soft drinks complimentary! Compliementary coffee and tea packs as well. There is a heater rack in the toilet which you can dry your towels!! Polite staff and nice hotel!

酒店前台告訴我們停車場的位置，卻不告訴我們登記車牌，退房時我詢問停車費，前台告訴我免費，並給了我開停車場門的密碼，結果離開英國後一個月收到了租車公司發來的罰單，酒店停車場收取了60鎊停車場！！！

第二次入住曼徹斯特這個酒店了，訂的球場觀景房，看球太方便了，孩子們非常高興，還去了老特拉福德球場紀念品商店買了紀念品，下次有機會還住這裏。

我訂了2晚家庭房，前台以我有一個小朋友不給入住標準房，必須家庭房，故不給入住2晚，只給1晚，而且亦不作退款，態度亦奇差，帶有岐視亞洲人感覺，房內淋浴去水也巨慢，差評!絕不會再入住!亦絕不會給親友介紹！
