Fantastic hotel. New and modern and a great location. Just a couple of pointers. Although breakfast is included hot options are very limited and they charge for additional items on the menu. However they exempted us from paying after we brought it to their attention. I personally felt charging €200 for a child who is 8 years old per night extra is a bit steep compared to the rest of the hotels that we have been to. Otherwise we had a great time overall.

We came to Stresa Boutique Hotel to celebrate our 10 years Wedding anniversaire. It was a Nice place, everything looks brand new. The food and the service were great at restaurant Bolle. In my opinion for a 5stars hotel, a real pool and spa area would be important. There is a small and cold little pool on the terrace. Their spa concept consists in private spa rooms that you can book. We tried the laguna, which is very nice but also very pricey. It definitely lacks of spontaneity. When we are in a hotel, we like to come back from a busy day of visits and spend a moment at the pool or in the sauna… without having to book it in advance amor pay for it.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and a highlight of our trip in the northern lake regions of Italy. We had to leave the Lake Como region as we were only able to find one night for an acceptable hotel there (i.e. clean and not run down), so we drove on to Lago Maggiore hoping our newly booked hotel would be as wonderful as the pictures showed. We ended up staying two nights and we were very sad to leave onto the next portion of our trip! To put it into perspective we came from a Hilton to this hotel and while the Hilton was impressive, there was something more pleasing and charming here. It is a completely new hotel along Lago Maggiore. Having finished construction in late August/early September, they had almost no wear and tear in the hotel. It is also ideal as it is located close to a ferry location, no more than 10 minute walk. This made it ideal for visiting the other islands around the lake. Their downstairs dinning room for breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough about the chef or the professionalism of the staff. The knowledge of their maître d' taught us so much not only about the different food and wines, but the history and culture of this beautiful Italian city. They have a roof top area for lunch and I do recommend you use it as the view is spectacular. It is a relaxing way to spend the evening. Also, as it is located right along the lake, there is a long access of walkway just on the other side of the street to stroll and enjoy the views of not only the lake but some of the islands you may visit. A good consideration when having to walk off the excess meals you are sure to delight in! If you are in the norther lake region, do make Stresa a planned stop. I believe you will enjoy it much more than Lake Como as it is far enough from Milan so that it does not suffer as much from traffic congestion as Lake Como. And if you are staying in Stresa, look no further than here.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in diesem Hotel. Es war rundum perfekt. Unser Zimmer war riesig und sehr geräumig. Die Einrichtung war wunderschön. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war so lecker. Einen Abend haben wir auch im Hotel gegessen und es war so lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Il Ristorante Le Bolle, dove vivere l'esperienza della cucina gourmet, raffinata eseguita dallo E. Chef Falciola Andrea, unitamente alla sua brigata, all'interno di un ambiente estremamente luminoso, con la cucina a vista, dove le linee geometriche della architettura seguono il filo conduttore improntato sulla eleganza, valorizzata dalla scelta di colori la cui brillantezza si unisce in modo perfetto con l'atmosfera esterna della natura. Lo Chef Falciola propone una cucina di ricercatezza dove la materia prima di eccellente qualità viene rappresentata, lavorata, con attenzione nella composizione dei suoi piatti, opere culinarie dove emerge la sua filosofia di cucina creata da abbinamenti studiati in modo impeccabile dove i sensi gustativi emergono in modo equilibrato, senza essere sovrastati tra di loro, dove ogni ingrediente prende la giusta collazione per dare emozioni alle papille gustative, il tutto creato su piatti la cui policromia, valorizza i colori, emergendo una brillantezza il cui impatto visivo rimane impresso dando inizio al percorso intrapreso. La ricercatezza nella scelta dei marmi utilizzati definisce l'opera della cucina facendo da "cornice", unendosi alla mise en place minimal scelta anch'essa con cura dei dettagli, creati per dare un seguito all'atmosfera di elevatissimo prestigio come la cucina eseguita dallo Chef. La carta vini dispone di una ampia scelta di etichette di vino, creata, studiata in modo impeccabile al fine di dare una scelta ampia di etichette enogastronomiche, dando la possibilità del servizio "diritto di tappo", composta da 62 pagine ove con cura certosina sono stati descritti i vini dando informazioni dettagliate in modo molto intuitivo pe
