Stratford Central Apartments by Paymán Club

In arrival the building looked very unkempt. Weeds growing everywhere, and fag butts all strewn around the front door. It reminded me of a chavy student block from an inner city University. We arrived an hour prior to our 3pm check in time, so went into Stratford. We arrived back at 4 pm to find the cleaner trying to get in. The apartment hadn't even been cleaned. We waited outside in the car for 30 mins. On entry there was a blind missing from one of the two ground floor windows and no plug in the toilet sink. On the plus side it was now a clean apartment. My bad feelings about the awful building were sadly brought to fruition in the middle of the first night when we were woken by very loud knocking. The Police were forcing entry to the flat opposite. One arrested.... There was a Police officer on scene guard all morning.... It's really not a nice place to stay. Save your money and go elsewhere. I emailed the company and eventually got a reply. The normal apologies and a 15% discount on my next booking.... I don't think so, they offer a 10% discount for direct bookings already!!! We won't be going back, and I urge you all to steer well clear.

We have enjoyed our stay at the apartment and on the whole we were happy and would consider staying again. Great location and the parking is a brilliant asset. It's spacious and has alot of potential... however Whilst at the apartment we didn't have an iron nor a working kettle ..the team did try their best to rectify the problems which was very helpful.. A few thoughts on improving guests stays and potentially getting better reviews No 3 apartment could be improved by.. A really good intense clean...it's not dirty but not spotless Fresh coat of paint Better equipped kitchen...we didn't even have forks!!...if a family is wanting to eat in it would be challenging Bedroom furniture is broken and a heater is hanging from the wall The outside parking area would benefit from a good clean, weeding and maintenance... possibly few plants/flowers to enhance the entrance All that being said...we had a wonderful few days in Stratford upon Avon
