Amazing hotel! Definitely Reccomend!

Could have rated the service as terrible if not for the gentleman at the front desk, who eventually came up to our room to try help us with the aircon. At the end, it still didn't work at all and we had to leave the window opened. The kitchenette was in bad shape, with the cabinet door almost falling out from its hinges. Luckily the bedsheets were fresh. We were glad we had stayed only for one night.

We had the family studio room for 3. Overall not too bad. Studio room w small kitchen and small fridge. Not much amenities. Bring your own stuff. The location was good and mall right next to it. Very convenient for shopping. And grocery too.

Çok başarılı temiz şehir merkezine yakın bir otel. Tren istasyonu şehir merkezine ve alışveriş merkezine. 5-10 dk olması çok güzel. Temiz. İstenildiği takdirde odada yemek yapma imkanı da çok müşterisini düşünen bir otel

Bonsoir Après avoir réglé mon séjour avec vous. J'ai appelé l'hôtel pour confirmer la réservation. Ce qui a été fait. Plus tard j'j'ai rappelé une deuxième fois pour avoir un parking et si possible une douche au lieu d'une baignoire, j'ai eu une dame du nom de Justine désagréable qui m'a à refusé les services que j'ai demandé et fini par me dire qu'il fallait que j'annule la réservation avec vous car il n'y avait plus de places pour nous. Je lui ai dit que ce n'était pas possible. Cette réservation n'était ni modifiable ni annulable. Nous nous a dit qu'elle n'en avait rien à faire et qu'en arrivant il n'y aura pas de chambre pour nous. Finalement nous nous sommes présenté le jour j comme prévu, nous avons eu une chambre et une place de parking. C'était quelqu'un d'autre qui s'était occupé de nous heureusement ! Pourquoi cet affront ? Nous aimerions bien savoir pourquoi ? Nous ferons une réclamation auprès de la hiérarchie de cette dame. Bonne réception

5 nights in double room appartment. The room was overall OK and we had a nice stay. The kitchen was small and not all equipment needed was there. It is obvious that the hotel and the appartments are getting old and a little renovation would be good.

Small pool, cold and within the room a cot used to serve as second twin bed for a family of four. Uncomfortable

The property was well located. 10-min walk to the centre and a shopping mall was on the other side of the road. Overall, we were pleased with our stay ... Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is not worth €16 per person per day. Lack of selection ... and no fruit is being offered.

Apartment was spacious. Location is walking distance to the main station and sites. Good transport connections, if needed. No fuss check-in, check-out and left luggage.

Very helpful staff and fantastic location. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the Odalys Green Marsh! Our room was clean and large, WiFi worked well, and the location between the train station and old city of Strasbourg was perfect for us. It was also nice to be so close to a mall, which we used several times for food and other things we needed. A very nice stay! Very basic but absolutely met our needs.

Property was clean and tidy and good for a nights stop over.

Practical, basic place with good bathroom and a kitchen that would allow a longer stay. Not much room but I did fine. Pol is very small but it's nice ti have one. Not a glamorous area but one can walk or tram from the main station easily staff were very friendly though the first woman I dealt with rather brusquely insisted on returning English to my French. Who knows, maybe she functions n Alsatian. Walk a few blcoks radius and you'll find better food options, including bakeries and cafés, then are immediately evident. I would stay here again.
