Hotel Park Venezia

This hotel is dated and lacks the basic amenities expected for a 3 star hotel. The air conditioner did not work, our room temperature reached 31 degrees Celsius, despite a fan that I went to get at the reception in the middle of the night. The beds could best be described as narrow, single, camping beds, with very run down furnishings. The shower door was broken and the tampered glass on it was so crusty, you could scrape the filth with your nails. The staff were friendly and made up for the poor conditions as best they could. They kindly offered to store our perishable foods in their fridge, and we were able to get a partial discount for the horrible night spent there. We did however cancel the second of two nights booked, as other guests told us that their air conditioner was also either broken or simply inefficient. This is NOT a 3 star property. I do want to highlight the kindness of the staff, especially at night, but the condition of the property is miserable and well below even 2 star properties we have visited. Avoid!

Hotel room was clean, but breakfast (and extra paid dinner) was poor, little food for the whole table, no one was full. Also, half of the lights in the room wasn't woriking. The heating was also poor, they only properly heated the room of our tour guide to trick her into thinking that the heating was good for everyone. The bed was ok.

The room is in a really bad condition. Our room wasn't cleaned recently. There are stains all over the bed sheets. The building in general looks sketchy and creepy. The staff is also very rude and doesn't care for the customers. There's also hair all over the bathroom floor. Over all ,i definitely do not recommend!!!

We saw a picture of Jesus on a cross with a lot of blood and it was super realistic. Also the ac isnt working properly. Half of the lamps arent working too. The shower cabins have holes in them. The closet with the matresses is wide open in tge middle of the hotel. The staff doesnt know english and is very rude. Come here if you like disappointments.

Mi sono trovato bene in questo hotel materassi accettabili, TV grande e stanza spaziosa una cosa che mi ha fatto togliere delle stelle e il prezzo hanno aggiunto 100€ al prezzo iniziale e una truffa verrò un altra volta ma solo se sarete più onesti

Ho messo uno perchè zero non si può mettere perché fa completamente SCHIFO dalle camere, al cibo dalla posizione all'arredo tutto completamente orrendo. Io sono andata in gita con la mia scuola ed ho trovato camere sporche con gomme da masticare attaccate nel materasso, insetti tra cui ragni, blatte e farfalline in giro per l'hotel, polvere dentro i comodini, muffa su i muri, lampade fulminate e rotte, coperte completamente macchiate di chiazze gialle, letti che puzzano, stanze troppo piccole con bagno rumoroso appena accendi la luce. La cosa più schifosa però è il cibo servito a cena, fra poco vomitavo 🤮, puzzavano e lasciavano un cattivo sapore in bocca l'unica nota positiva è il pane stra buono da mangiare. Attenzione mentre vai in camera in alcune camere si spenge da sola la luce del corridoio. Una cosa un pò piú accettabile è la posizione, che devo dire niente male, solamente un pò isolato ma carino, il servizio è stato ottimo ma non completamente accettabile. Attenzione potrete trovare cose non vostre nelle camere (io ci ho trovato dei grissini scaduti dentro all'armadio) Ve lo sconsiglio veramente.

Cet hôtel est très bien nous y avons séjourner 4 jours ! La chambre est spacieuse et nettoyer tous les jours ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec du salé et du sucré ( les gâteaux sont excellents) et nous avons pris notre repas du soir dans cet hôtel nous nous sommes régalés ( mention spéciale pour les lasagnes qui sont délicieuses) Le personnel est très bien aussi !

Cet hôtel n'a pas que des points faibles. J'ai eu le plaisir d'y rencontrer Giovanni dans ma chambre. Nous avons ensemble constaté avec désarroi que les murs s'effritaient, qu'il y avait des tâches suspectes au sol, que le chauffage ne pouvait se régler tandis que nous suffoquier tant il faisait chaud. Mais parlons de la salle de bain. Et quelle salle de bain ! Avec Giovanni, mon fidèle compagnon, nous constatâmes que les serviettes mises a disposition contenaient des tâches de moisissures, que la porte ne se fermait pas, et que celle de la douche était cassée. Ah, j'ai peut être oublié de préciser un léger détail : Giovanni, mon cher acolyte, était un cafard.

All’inizio eravamo un po’ demoralizzati all’idea di soggiornare in questo hotel, ma al ritorno quasi non volevamo andar via. È stata l’esperienza più bella della nostra vita. Abbiamo conosciuto tantissimi nuovi amici tra cui le signore delle pulizie, il guardiano indiano e Samir. Stanze non mali e vi consigliamo soprattutto la 316 e 229 fornite di teletrasporto. Negli ascensori potete trovare la sala ristorante in cui è possibile trovare doraemon all’apertura delle porte. Senza dubbio questo è un hotel di lusso e lo consiglio vivamente!!!
