A wonderful romantic place for couples. Elegant, warm, spacious and comfortable rooms with an excellent view of the beautiful surrounding grounds. High quality in all aspects, calm and pleasant. Warm and friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast served at a beautiful dining area.

We chose Stone Hill Inn based on previous reviews and the location in Stowe. It was perfect! Todd, Kristi & Tony took care of everything! They even were able to have flowers for my wife in the room for our anniversary! The breakfasts were fantastic, as were all of the amenities! Great place for couples!

Todd, Kristi and Tony provide a luxurious experience at their Inn that we will relish the memory of forever more. We experienced their warm gracious and helpful hospitality as if we were staying at a Ritz Carlton yet far more cozy, relaxed and personal. The attention to detail in the decor, the amenities and overall service made it a five star visit for us. (The massages we booked were a cherry on top of our week.). Thank you once again for a delightful time. Well done.

We had an amazing time! Stowe was crowded and we picked a very busy weekend to be in the area but none of that mattered once we got here. We felt very secluded and were able to enjoy the fall foliage on property. The rooms and common areas were so clean, decorated beautifully, and everywhere smelled amazing. Fire place in the room was easy to operate and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the owners were so nice and accommodating! Hot apple cider, blankets for by the fire, they thought of everything. Wish I could give 10 stars!! My only regret is not staying longer, will happily make another trip back here, cannot say enough good things!

my wife and i absolutely loved our stay. check-in amd check-out werea a breeze, the inn itself and our room were clean, and the owners were happy to share recommendations for things to do in stowe (which is beautiful in and of itself). todd's breakfasts were fantastic. we'd come back in a heartbeat (and hopefully we will).

Everything from beginning to end was taken care of by Todd, Kristie and Tony. When we booked, Todd was nice enough to email us details of our stay and even suggested making reservations at a restaurant. He even listed some local restaurants along with phone numbers to help us out. Our room was the Sterling room and we had a beautiful view of the waterfall just outside our window. Despite the rain, it was very calming. Our room was perfect. We had plenty of seating and we even turned the fireplace on to enjoy the ambience. Todd, Kristie and host Tony are wonderful conversationalists. Do take time to chat with all three of them. Todd is a great cook too. He made our breakfast. We will definitely recommend this lovely inn to all of our friends who may visit.

This was my first time in Vermont and I can’t believe how fortunate I am to have stayed at Stone Hill Inn! The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the rest of the Inn felt like home. Kristie, Todd, and Tony took care of me and answered all of the questions I had about Stowe. It was the perfect location to see everything I had on my bucket list. I’m so happy with my stay and can’t wait to go back soon!

We had the most wonderful time this May 2024 with the host Todd and Tony! The magic of the place and feeling at home and included! I am giving thanks to the wonderful omelettes that Todd makes and the caring personality of Tony! We promise no more coffee spilling on the tables from us during our next stay! An incredible B&B set on a near private road with amazing wooded views and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, but none the less welcoming to sit, talk and enjoy yourself. We were greeted perfectly upon arriving a little after 4PM and given a quick run down of all the offerings (which was a great recap and layout of what to expect, such as an incredible daily breakfast and if we needed room keeping when to trhow the sign out) Between the owners and Tony, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and great to talk to, from recommendations on food, hikes, shopping and drives (both in Stowe and surrounding towns). As B&B go this is one of the best we have been too, everyone was so attentive and at times had a good amount of guests coming and going. 10/10 Would Stay Again
