Very clean and great. Had a very nice rest at the hotel but they are strict on the check in time. The showers were great

Family room is spacious and very clean, but the amenities like drinking water was not provided.  By the way, we will book again next time when visiting a nearby city.

We only used this hotel as a mid-stop on a longer journey!! Only concern really was the car park as it’s across from the hotel and not clearly signposted. Worth noting, it was dark when we arrived!! Apart from hotel room and a great breakfast we never really had chance to experience the hotel,as reflected in the ratings!!

Lovely clean hotel, staff were welcoming and quick to accommodate extra bedding for our room when asked. Food was quick service and very tasty, although very high prices. Rooms were perfect size, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again.

A nice enough hotel for the area. Free laundry was a good perk. Close to ceramic sites, but not in the loveliest area. Loud party goers at night. Middle of the road breakfast. Tough parking. Limited air conditioning. Staff was really nice though.

The room is spacious, modern and comfortable. The shield at the shower is too short that could have done longer to help with less water splashing.

i booked this hotel again because trip.com helped me a lot last time. Nice hotel nice breakfast only problem staff needs training to how to treat customers. Instead of talking each other or flirting with security guy they can concentrate with customer.. i had my online check in and i called hotel to say we will be there 8 o'clock when we arrived there room was not ready one young nice lady came with a smile on her face and made kids sofa bed.

Had booked for a family of 4 but discovered we were booked for only 2 adults ,despite the small hicup we ended up just staying the 2 of us and kids went for a long awaited sleep over with friends we were visiting. He place is neat ,happy atmosphere will recommend anyone

Location is 10 mins in car from Stoke station, breakfast is a good standard. Gym is decent for a hotel, not massive but 2 treadmills. I have stayed here before, but the rooms were very hot, far too hot, asked for a fan but it was not provided. The pillows were feather and very soft, had the worst night sleep I can recall in a hotel for a long time.

Pros The waiter in the restaurant was so friendly and welcoming so thank you. The rooms were comfortable however I booked for 1 adult and 2 children there was no way we would have all fit in the room if we all stayed. (One couldn’t go) Cons Having to use your room card for the lift was very frustrating Not being able to use cash was also annoying and it took ages to be served at the bar as only one person serving Having to pay £7.50 per night for parking was a bit expensive on top of the cost of the rooms 😳

Lovely location with loads of restaurants around approximately 10 minute walk. There is also a massive Tesco supermarket 5 minutes away so if you need any essentials this is convenient

Very good hotel and Right next to Hanley , Hanley park and Staffordshire university is pretty near walk . Tesco is nearby and so many restaurants nearby

Had a pleasant stay with easy check-in.
