When we arrived we had a really warm welcome at the reception and presume the gentleman was the manager. Very friendly and had plenty of time for a laugh and a joke which is very exceptional nowadays. The room was extremely spacious well appointed spotlessly clean. The Hotel is a fantastic location for all amenities just short walks away ,Shopping, restaurants theatre and cinema. Stockport has a lot of history well worth a visit especially the Artdeco Plaza theatre. Definitely go again

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, a very very warm welcome from the gentleman on the reception who had the time to have a laugh and a joke. The location of the hotel is perfect for the shops,theatre, just a 15/20min walk from bus and railway station, room was spacious very clean and tidy and we had a wonderful sleep. Would highly recommend and book again

A super example of what is best of Premier Inn. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable and an excellent location. Have visited multiple times and wouldn’t consider anything else in the area. Five stars out of five in my opinion.

The hotel is fine, typical Premier inn. However the food was poor. The evening meal was ok except the plate was cold, so cold chips. I thought all Premier Inn breakfasts were of a high standard but apparently not! Stale, pan au chocolate, the coffee from a jug on a hot plate also stale, poached egg not done directly in water, deep fried sausage, the food isn't self-service, no fresh fruit salad, orange juice wasn't actually orange juice... Some of this is just attention to detail stuff, no cost just a lack of training or care.

Decent choice for the area. Free parking, but still very near the centre of town. More of a walk from the railway station though, as the other side of the city centre. Fairly standard Premier Inn inside, friendly staff, and breakfast served in the Hungry Horse next door. Can definitely recommend this hotel if you get a decent price.

Booked quad room 2 Adults 2 Children I kindly requested if they could put birthday banner or balloon in room for daughters 13th Birthday. They put balloons on kids bed. Birthday Girl banners up. Thorntons chocolate birthday cake & candle. Also Birthday girl diamond headband. Absolutely amazing 💯 very happy with our stay. Room very big lovely & clean. Thankyou

Very friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness was as expected. Room spacious and warm. Beds extra comfy. Reception staff were very helpful and gave us items in which we forgot. Also took our overnight bag to the room for us as we had a booking and didn't want to be late. So went above and beyond
