Ulasan Hotel Birger Jarl

Sarapannya enak sekali!!! Lokasinya tidak jauh dari metro, tetapi berjalan kaki di suhu -13 derajat celcius bisa sangat jauh & menyiksa... lolz... semuanya baik-baik saja di sini, resepsionisnya sangat ramah & sopan. Pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini jika saya datang ke Stockholm lagi.

Front desk service the worst I have ever experienced. Arrogant and proud. Ask how to pay for car park beside the road, reply was “I don’t know” and “you have to find out yourself “. Decided to park in garage, was told to pay full car park fees without even informing how much per day. We ask that if they can take a deposit on my credit card as we haven’t decided how many days we park there or my daughter who may stay with us, reply was “ I don’t know what you are talking about “, and “ we don’t do this kind of thing here “. Could not find my booking and demanded to see all our passports despite showing them booking confirmation. And then says no need, just want to see Chinese passport as my wife is from China ! Other people checking in have no such treatment. No still water in the room, all sparkling and beds are all springs, we wake up with bad back aches. Please don’t stay here. Service is terrible

Conveniently located modern hotel. Good breakfast and well equipped gym.

Wonderful breakfast, not so far from the metro which takes you to city center. Rooms were clean, spacious enough for us.

Good place to walk around Stockholm down town and Super kind receptionist !!

酒店位置優越，離地鐵站不遠，步行可達，從中心火車站、阿蘭達機場都很方便，離各景點也不遠，瑞典皇家工程學院在酒店後的教堂後面，值得一看，其他景點從皇后步行街走過即到。酒店周圍有各種各樣飲食選擇，酒店自己也有酒吧和餐飲。酒店服務熱情大方，衞生整潔，無異味，感覺很好。

設施：房間非常非常小！！！尤其是衞生間，很難轉開身。另外浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡之後地面上水很多。 服務：房間打掃很及時，還送了氣泡水。 這個價位配上這種小房間，性價比真的很低了。

同樣的價格 分配的房型是不一樣的 有的大一些有的小一些。他們沒有一次性拖鞋，自己帶。

這個酒店不在旅遊區，走路到city大概20分鐘。在市中心，我們訂的套房，相比北歐大部分18平的標間來説，一個小客廳，一個小卧室，住一週的舒適程度還是很不錯的，房間佈設新，裝修合理，空間利用度高，早餐也不錯，整體非常好。

Muy céntrico , el lugar estaba limpio y nos habían dejado botellas de agua de cortesía , valoro mucho ese tipo de gestos .

特別乾淨，房間整潔，洗澡水很沖，早飯很好吃，交通方便，離市中心步行10分鐘
