This hotel is located perfectly in the central of Stockholm

The app did not work for me but once in contact, someone showed up to hand me the physical key. Good location and amenities. Room was very quiet for me to get good rest.

Good Concept failure on execution This is a very interesting concept which I initially embraced and thought this would be an intuitive process. However, they failed miserably on something that should have been relatively seamless. The app never worked and my check-in was eventually 5:30pm. They had to revert to a physical card and the reception is only available between 3-5. I stepped out the following morning for an hour and on re-entry was locked out (before check-out). I spent another hour outside awaiting access to the lobby. On entry your only option is to use a phone that put me in touch with someone at another hotel. This person recommended that I wait four hours for the receptionist to arrive. After, explaining that my flight leaves in 3 hours this person had to come on a scooter and let me into the room.
