Everything is just find. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. It would be better to have more variety. Very good value for the money. Just one thing is that I was waken up a few times for some unknown sound on the wall of the bed attached to it.

Our daughter got married in the nearby register office at 11am … although our room wasn’t ready (I never expected it to be) we were able to leave our luggage behind the desk .. also as my husband has mobility problems ( no ble badge) we were allowed courtesy disabled parking in the hotel bays , ( very grateful) … early checkout 5.30am and was given a breakfast to go .., very happy with our stay

We’ve stayed in the hotel a couple of times now and the rooms are of a really high standard for a chain hotel. A good location to get the train to London

It’s good for what you need. The room wasn’t entirely clean. We found used socks from previous guests in our room upon check in.

The room was kept clean. We were able to book it on a good deal including breakfast. I like our experience their and will be booking again in the future😊

Good service！ Staff were zealous! Little but well equipped room! The only downside was that the sound insulation was not good.

Really the best location for a hotel in Stevenage, it's just a five minute walk to the bus or train station. The breakfast was ample and even had a gluten free section. It took only minutes on the train to get into London. The bed was comfy and the shower nice. Staff were helpful, I'll definitely come again.

No parking told after spent 40 minutes trying to park that could use supermarket car park clean good breakfast
